Fire rezakiri is definitely my fav behemoth, its so interactive and fun to play against this absolutely not annoying creature(i am being held captive by the dauntless devs, please help)

Dauntless has definitely come a long way and I can’t wait to see what the future has
I’ve gotta say my favorite behemoth in dauntless has to be Sahvyt. The speed at which this behemoth attacks had me sitting on my ass too many times to count when I first encountered it, but it’s taught me the importance of timing my dodges and the what slightly different animations can have so many attacks attached to them. The music reminds me of a Chinese or Japanese temple and the design of the behemoth instantly caught my eye, reminding me more of a weapon of war instead of something evolution or even radical environmental change caused. Keep up the good work Trails, learning how to fight Shrowd just for you homie
Fighting the Sahvyt with chainblades was my most favorite experience in dauntless so far. If you can use the chainblades correctly fighting the Sahvyt is like watching a crazy monster anime with both of you doing crazy jumps and dodges it's so damn cool.
NGL.. one of the most annoying behemoths in the game imo.
It more or less only attacks in a line so dodging isn't hard but you only have a short window to strike.
Unless you use chain blades with light attacks only to charge your dodge jump this fight is pretty annoying imo.
If you want to learn how to dodge really well, play Dark Souls Or Elden Ring
My fav behemoth in Dauntless is Pangar, fav legendary is Malkarion. In MHR my fav so far is Kushala Daora cause of its design and attacks. It really felt like I was hunting an elder dragon compared to the rest of the monsters, maybe because I'm playing solo. Happy Hunting and Happy 4th of July
Amatsu from Monster Hunter. The design, the graceful animations, the roar, the music. It's the perfect monster. A close second would be Valstrax for MH. Jet dragon...do I need to say more?
I've always wanted to hunt amatsu i hope they add it to sunbreak but 🤷♂️. Im playing generations im just bad and still in low rank for now
My favorite monster is valstrax. I just love how ridiculous the idea of a lazer shooting rocket dragon, and his battle theme sounds amazing. I love him so much I'm planning on using him as the final boss of the D&D campaign I'm currently DMing.

I definitely love the Mizutsune as it has such a sleek dragon body paired with bubbles enhancing movement as long as the claws are useable. A close second in the MH world is the butterfly, frostbitten Legiana. Part snowflake, part butterfly, it's a true beauty. For Dauntless, I'd have to say I am thoroughly enjoying Alyra as the newest edition to the lineup of behemoths. Almost has part dragon, part wolf perhaps. It's a very striking kind of creature. I love the Riftstalker in Dauntless. It was the first Behemoth with a really unique design.
a video about what can the dauntless weapons learn from monster hunter's comparing them and maybe crafting some ideas would be nice
i certainly hope that someday dauntless adds a weapon with a big board shield, had something in mind of a mace and a shield crafteng in the regular forge alongside the main 5 with a 3 light atacks + a shield bash heavy atack looping combo and a two part special, a tap for a small window parry and a hold for a dash+shieldbash that deals some heavy stun damage
also, a bow would not fit dauntless as well as everyone who's asking for it says, if you all want a somewhat long range proyectile weapon to snipe behemonts from afar, think of an ostian RIFLE with that mechanic, crafted by the already existing ostian npc with pretty much the same technology

I just love how weird he is to most of the monsters. He was my first boss escalation and i had a blast.

Favorite behemoth is the Koshai, I deeply enjoy its looks along with its fights cause it likes going airborn but it’s a flightless behemoth just makes for a fun fight
It's very useful to have a professional side-by-side comparison of features and play style like this.
Been a while since i play Dauntless but i really love the Shrike and Embermane, i love bosses that come at you with a window of opportunity for you to counter them leading to a bigger window to do damage. Similarly the Diablos and Tigrex because they also go head first at you.
My favorite behemoth is blood shot shrowd. Blood shot shrowd is just really cool with the red and is a fun and challenging fight.
I'm gonna be real, I've only played mh world and have never played rise, so I really don't know if I have a favorite fight in even world although one of my favorite designs was the kushala daora, and I also remember liking the concept and fight for that monster. I'm not gonna spoil the end of world for anyone but the "final boss" if you wanna call it that was also another one of my favorites as far as the atmosphere and soundtrack during the fight.
Now moving over to dauntless I have the same problem, I don't really have a favorite fight but probably one of my favorite designs and soundtracks is Alyra's, I feel like the whole concept behind it is insane and I love it. Anyway those are my thoughts, if anyone reads this including Mr T I hope your having a great day.
current favourite behemoth would have to be riftstalker. every since discipline was changed to an omnicell, the parry has made him 100x easier during his enraged state. super fun to play repeaters against him now
My favourite monster in monster hunter is tobi-kadachi. The idea of a electric squirrel/snake is intreresting and the devs did a amazing job creating the design.
I like fighting the new Alyra Behemoth, really cool design and the roar and sounds it makes are so cool.

My favourite was Chronovore right after release. Aside the wings issue, where they were almost impossible to break, it was really fun. Every attack was strong, it had aoe 1-shot mechanic. Slayers unfamiliar with this behemoth were dying every second attack. Quick and deadly. But killing it felt good. Even going solo wasn't easy, but public hunts were challenging.
But after some time they balanced it, it became squishy and lost it fangs. Now it became even easier after radiant escalation was released.
My favorite monster in Rise would either be Pukei Pukei or Crimson Glow Valstrax. Pukei has a pretty unique look, and I think Monster Hunter Stories actually made me love it so much. Meanwhile, Valstrax just has a really interesting concept(rocket wings), and the Ambush mechanic, while difficult to counter, is pretty awesome to see.

Personally I've been loving fighting thr Bishaten due to just how cool his design and moves look, in addition to his armour set and Bow just looking so good when combined together.
I dont play MH BUT my favorite behemoth in Dauntless by far is Urska. Imo Frost Esca is by far the best Esca to play and i like Urskas design alot and getting flung ontop the map by its tail is always fun.
Urska is my favorite fight. I’m a wolf lover so seeing a somewhat difficult fight for most be from one makes me happy. I always say “sorry friend but I need your parts” when I fight him lol
My favorite behemoth by far is Frostwulf, the overall design and mechanics of it are just insane. He poses a great challenge and the gear and weapons you can make from him are so awesome. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity!
My fav monster is kushala daora and my favorite behemoth is Torgadoro.
Kushala was the first ever elder dragon i fought in the series and the first i beaten back on freedom era. Torgadoro is just amazing, from animations, sound and the overall fight is just too fun
Favourite monster from MH has to be the Xeno'Jiva. It's colour scheme and arena are both so beautiful. Even though I knew it was coming, I still loved the build-up and the fight.
My favorite behemoth in Dauntless is Tempestborne Stormclaw. I think it's the best looking behemoth and the attacks are so quick and stronk
My favourite boss in dauntless has to be chronovore radiant is the only escalation view maxed so far and by the most appealing to look at of most other behomeths as well as him being a ray so thats just pog
I think the Malkarion might be my favorite, just because of how it's presented. It's a huge freaking dragon, and the fact that we fight where the first slayer might've is really cool.
my fav is shrike its like a bear fused with an owl its my first behemoth that i amaze how big ang shear size of it, its fun to fight this behemoth its like a mini game how fast your reaction and familiarize the move set of this behemoth
from Monster hunter i think my fave has to be Ahtal Kha from generations ultimate. it's a praying mantis that CONTROLS A MECH, i adore it so much. In dauntless, it's Thrax. He's fast paced, fun and interesting design wise.
i will say as you get better at monster hunter, fight times even outside of speedruns get faster. i can sub 5 minute most monsters if they aren't elder dragons.
edit to add: you do get revives in the monster hunter arena! you get the 3 strikes per out usually, though some arena quests have more faints or less. also in expeditions, like the hunting grounds, you get infinite deaths

Well since i played world for me its most definitely anjanath because its pretty rare to see an actual dinosaur behemoth that makes me shiver to go against and hits super hard when he becomes enraged!
I haven't played much of dauntless but most definitely the frozen behemoths, especially the Skraev!
My favorite monster would probably be Riftstalker. I mean, his design is just so cool, he uses portals, and, heck, i mean, he even has an attack which has it's own, OFFICIAL, name. The *Murder Palace*, absolutely incredible!

@@drpepper9568 Malkarion is up there as well, his design is so sick. Plus he was the one who brought the mounting mechanic in the game if I'm not mistaken, and that is such a cool mechanic.
My favorite behemoth is the embermane I’m never sad when I see it on escalations it’s on of the starting behemoths and it has a classic feel to it
My favorite behemoth has to be torgadoro just because his legendary purk is so fun and the besca level 25 armour is just wow
valstrax and velkhana gotta be my favorite monsters, great themes and really really fun to fight
Favorite monster by far : seregios for the look of armor/weapons, the design of the mooves of the monster and the cool factor of the monster itself
My favorite behemoth in Dauntless has gotta be Torgadoro, there's just something about a big flaming spicy boy fueled with nothing but thousand years of fire and monke energy, grabbing my fellow slayers and smashing them on the ground as I would with bug with a flip-flop.
My favourite monster has to be definitely Glavenus, it's so gracious yet ferocious and I would love to see something similair in Dauntless- started the hunting genre with Dauntless and it made me pick up MHW. Both games coexist beautifully

My favorite behemoth in Dauntless has to be Thrax. The fight against Thrax is super fast paced and very fun. The environment and Aether-Mode from this behemoth are absolutely BUSSING.
In my opinion, Thrax is the most fun behemoth to fight, Malkarion is the best overall, and Torgadoro is an honorable mention
my favorite monster is Tobi-Kadachi because of the way it looks and the way it moves around and then my favorite behemoth is probably Lightbound Koshai which is also because of they way it looks and moves lol

Thrax best boi. Umbral noodle is one of the most fun fights and I love the dire variant name. Umbral behemoths are really fun and well made
Personally I'd say it's the Torgadoro just by his entrance to the battlefield alone takes the cake.
My favourite Monster in the Monster Hunter Universe is Kirin and my favourite Behemoth in Dauntless is Stormclaw. I don't know why I like Creatures with Shock so much, since my favourite Element is Fire, but they have something special.
Togadoro the most expressive behemoth when in rage or downed and one of the few behemoths that uses its environment to some extent in a fight.
Favourite Behemoth has to be Shrowd. Although I stopped playing right as Phaelanx came out, so I can't say if I'd like one of those better.
Favourite monster... In Rise I'd say Apex Rathian, while in Sunbreak it's a tie between Garangolm and Espinas.
If we're talking more differences and similarities between these games, I'd talk about the difference in the partbreak systems and the absence of wounded from Monster Hunter, and since we're talking Rise I think Switch Skills are something that needs to be talked about.

My favorite monster in dauntless would be pangar, but in the case of monster hunter one of my favorite monster would be from the first games the gypceros and the kushala daora, I even have a statue of kushala.
Favorite monster in monster hunter is gore/shagaru magala the fights the music and the weapons and armor is so awe inspiring and so cool
Me personally i would say my favourite behemoth in dauntless is riftstalker... Still remember how infuriated i was first time i met him with my friends and how his move sets totally baboozled us... a nice enough combat with slightly higher difficulty than other behemoths and most importantly flashiness...
Whilst from monster hunter i would say nergigante was the slickiest of them all... i dont have rise so i dont exactly know any other special monsters from there but boi o boi i do remember celebrating that hard winning AT nergi solo at the end of MH world... sadly moved to dauntless since my friends were inactive but i sure found my new friends in dauntless pretty soon... active a year plus now and still going strong at least until i get all the trials store cosmetics... hehe
Goss Harag is my favorite monster seeing a Monster creating a weapon give me such "the tables have turned vibe"

My faverate monster in rise is Garangolem (sunbreak first of the three lords) because as the hunt progresses he gets faster, stronger and genrally more agresive. Not only that, but the more parts you break, the more cool moves are revealed, one being a one-hit if you didn't prep properly before-hand.
My favorite daunless behemoth is the pangar. I love the rolling animation, and how it looks.
For now my favorite fight has to be with Big Lava Monke :D

Thrax from Dauntless is my favorite. Reason is because he made me actually put effort in the game when i first started. I was determined to defeating. He would give me such a hard time but little by little i learned his attack & learned how to use cells, armor, weaoons etc. Until i could hold my own against him. Now he is my favorite to hunt even tho i used to hate him for always losing to him.
My favorite monster has always been gore magala due to him being a great flagship monster for MH4U. My favorite behemoth is Koshai, I love his fight.
My fav behemoth has to be Agarus, cute spore tree boy. Plus his armor and weapons make me laugh
Favorite monster is the new big three monster Goramgolm a giant earth ape that similar to Torgadoro submerges it’s fists into the ground but instead of the singular static buff Torgadoro gets Golm gets a blast and water blight fist using one for explosions on the player but also to blast himself around the arena and the other the rebuff the player and keep them from dodging as much with water blight, a cool design maybe dauntless could adapt in a new behemoth.
One of my favorite monsters is zamtrios, it inflates like a balloon and it's so amazing
Sometimes i wish that I could fight more than 2 behemoths at the same time and encounter more frequent and varied fauna in between arena points.

personally, never played Monster Hunter, but i have played quite a bit of Dauntless, my favorite Dauntless Behemoth is by far the Thrax, given its armor and weapon ability are in my opinion is the best looking, i also just really like the umbral element as i think of it as the evil or yin version to the radiant as i think of the more less evil of the other behemoths as i depict it as the good or yang part of the elements.

RiftStalker Favorite behemoth,.. In the beginning was single handily the reason many players quit ... when he first came out less than 20% of people were able to kill it ... even after Riffy got 2 nerfs and they add multiple interruptS to it , he still to this day punishes many players ...
My favorite is the Shrike because it's an owl... also I'm surprised you didn't point out Dauntless is cross platform... probably its biggest strength... I wish they made monster hunter cross platform...Used to play MH on the Nintendo DS tried World on PS4, but I didnt like it as much as MH Generations.... and none of my friends could play with me as they had XBox or PC... so Dauntless was so nice! That cross platform capability is something I hope more games have in the future.
For Dauntless, definitely have to give it up for the Riftstalker. I remember when I first started the game and it had really unique attacks (unlike embermanes). Some find it annoying but once you get the attack patterns it's quite easy to handle with.
For Rise, no doubt about it the Magnamalo. Aside from being the flagship monster for MHRise itself, it was so badass throughout the serie and I am still convinced calling it a wyvern is the biggest joke this game has made. Especially when it fought the elder dragon, Teostra, in a turf war and won.
My favourite Monster non Elder is Zinogre and my favourite Elder is Valstrax
I would have to say Valomyr is my favorite behemoth, it's one of the first fights I learned to nohit and it's just a fun fight overall.
I don’t wanna participate for the Sunbreak/Rise reward. But my favorite monster in MH is Scorned Magnamalo, it looks so badass and it’s another Magnamalo. Who wouldn’t love it? Never played or seen many “behemoths” in Dauntless, but they look pretty crazy.
