The opposite is true for us in Canada. Everything on Tcgplayer has at minimum 15$ shipping which means it's closer to 21-22 after conversion to canadian
The owner of a long-closed LGS in my city used to sell goofy repacks like these, and even hosted drafts with them. They were some of the most fun games of Magic I’ve ever played.
It's really cool that there are mostly no useless junk rares. Pretty much every card is still a fun card to play or has history. They made very sure these packs were fun to open. Kudos to F2F.
Dave (I'm curious btw) I would presume you own a significant amount of cards, is it difficult to buy older variety packs of cards or crack packs of older sets? I'd presume you own at least one copy of all these cards. What do you do with all your duplicates? I know you've got quite the set of binders but even those get full quick. At this time I'm primarily a Commander player and look only to add specific cards to my collection as a way to limit how many cards I own and I find it difficult to purchase older booster packs of card out of fear of getting something I already own.
I never really open old booster packs, at least not anything older than like 2015. My set binders for old sets are missing almost all the rares, since I started playing in 2012 and only really add cards to those binders from what I find in random buys, so almost all of the old rares I find in these repacks do end up filling in empty spots in my binders :)
I would love this! Who cares about total value in to out. If I had my health I would buy enough to do several sealed and the experience would make the value perfect. Thank you for giving us the experience who can’t do it in person and cheers friend :)
Buddy of mine bought two packs of commander masters and got less than a dollar's worth of value. He would have done better to buy these, or probably any repack. (He no longer plays magic. Possibly related...)
why would you even mention you worked with them before? how is you evaluation unbiased then, and would make me commit to buy those, cause once my money is gone im not gonna get it back. who knows what a seller would send back. also what i really dont understand in these mtg videos of the recent years: where do your peoples prices come from? like a dimir signet for example is 25 cent, max 50 cent on cardmarket in nm (germany). euro and dollar is like 1/1 now, so every time i see these prices in videos im holding my head...

You can play Songs of the Damned in a Cycle Storm Pauper list! Not a top tier deck but feels amazing to pull it off
