    Thank you for this fantastic video! I've made dozens of dishcloths squares that sometimes are actually squares😂, and was looking for something else beginner level. This is lovely and easy to follow, thanks.

    I made this it was super easy and quick but I personally think 4 strands of yarn for the tassels looks a bit better. Great video and is super cute!

    I figured it out! The chain needs to be a multiple of 3 plus 2 in order for the pattern to work out!! I do plan on making some the size of the mug rugs, too! They're just soooo cute!!

    If I wanted to make these larger to use under a planter, etc. I'm assuming I just need to be sure to chain and odd number of stitches so that I am always working on an even number of stitches for the pattern? Is that correct? Thanks! These are adorable!!

    • @crochetbitznknits2066
      @crochetbitznknits2066  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes exactly! Then make as many rows as you want. Cute idea too, if you remember, come back to post a pic when your done!☺

    • @sandysmith9307
      @sandysmith9307 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well, that's what I tried. I chained 27, working on 26 stitches, but it didn't end up right. I had to ch 26 and work on 25 stitches, which really baffles me!! I really appreciate your prompt reply.

    Hi love this, what yarn weight have you used is it cotton or acrylic, thank you

  • @jalissacroft9841

    Does it matter what ply or would it be better to use a quicker yarn anyway? These look super awesome! 😊

    • @crochetbitznknits2066
      @crochetbitznknits2066  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think you could use any thickness you would like just adjust how many rows and starting chain you do to achieve same shape. I believe I used a 4 yarn here😊

    How do I count the rows for this mug rug I’m a beginner as well not sure how to count them

    • @crochetbitznknits2066
      @crochetbitznknits2066  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Every time you get to the end of a row that is 1 row then when you turn your work your starting on 2 and so on. I hope this helped!

      @@crochetbitznknits2066 oh ok thank you so much I think the one I made had 13 rows but not 100% sure looks like yours though

    Hi, I'm a beginner and I wanna ask you about the yarn. What kind of yarn that you use for this project? There are a lot of yarns 😁 and I'm a little bit confused; polyester, nylon, cotton milk etc. Thank you so much!!!

    • @crochetbitznknits2066
      @crochetbitznknits2066  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Tina, the yarn I used for this project was some extra scrap yarn I had laying around but I know it was definitely acrylic yarn. Hope this helped!

  • @rikkirg

    I was doing so good at first but I got really confused at about 3 minutes in when you did one stitch then turned it 😅 I got crocheting supplies for Christmas and I'm trying to figure out how to make some things.

    • @crochetbitznknits2066
      @crochetbitznknits2066  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You will figure it out, it takes a little time and ripping things out starting over and over but you will get it! There is an absolute beginner video that may be helpful for you it was the very first video I ever posted. Happy crocheting!
