As you said, tranfering to DCC texas for currently 1st sem university students is almost impossible. What about students who are gonna start 1st sem for spring intake 2025? Do they meet application deadline for fall after 1st sem in the uni?

Yes, till now as per the deadline students transferring on Fall 2025 has to submit all documents before July 1st which is very possible. But don’t wait till end date start acting on time. Mid march start your application process via apply texas
