Come to Savannah, Georgia and learn about the Gullah Geechee community in the Low Country Coastal Area ( South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida. They speak their own language and they keep a lot of African traditions.

As a Ghanaian I found the conversation with the driver very emotional. It was the best part of the video for me. Each and everyday when certain part of the world is progressing, my country Ghana is retrogressing. Its really sad.

@@flynnsekyi8662 I don't know which part of the world you in but I am in Ghana and I can tell you for a fact the country is retrogrossing. We have not been able to tuckle and issue to solve it completely before. In this erra of the world we are still experiencing power outage.
Tbh most of the world is falling apart right now. But from where Ghana was it has progressed fairly well over the last 5-10 years however there is so much space to go and we need governments/leaders that will help increase GDP reduce import increase export start really incentivising the nation to not only produce but manufacture goods. Sort the roads out just deal with the infrastructure better. But this isn’t an overnight fix it’ll take time and also all of us collectively joining together not accepting the status quo and pushing for more development in the country!
THANK YOU MAYA!! Thank you for all the work you've done and are doing to build bridges between Africa and the Diaspora countries, especially in the Caribbean. I hope you'll be able to influence African & Caribbean countries to do away from their Visas between the continents. The airlines and tourism depts to create travel pkgs to make travel easier and more affordable. I pray that Africans in the continents will learn from your videos to create entrepreneural opportunities for businesses (eg. manufacturing Chocolate or Ackee to sell across Africa, Chocolate, opening Caribbean restaurants, etc.) before the Chinese or Europeans steal the ideas and control the market.
It would be nice to have Caribbean restaurants open and food products sold across Africa and vice versa in the Caribbean.
Most people in usa don't live in Miami or NYC. Most of usa never explored by travelers.
