I love how this is actually a well thought out trilogy:
Meanwhile 1: Tom and his friend learn about the existence of parallel universes, and that they can travel between them using a blender from the 'Universe where household appliances create wormholes'.
Meanwhile 2: Tom Stares in Horror at what remains of his friend and childhood crush, Kim, who has just been annihilated by an intelligent horse person warping into the space occupied by Kim. Forever changed by this event, Tom waits until the narrator leaves and kills the Horse person with no mercy, vowing not to let anyone else from his universe share Kim's fate. To do this, he knows that he will have to kill every version of himself throughout the multiverse, and anyone else who has discovered multiverse travel. He gears up and prepares to defy the multiverse, and waits for his moment.
Meanwhile 3: Tom waits patently for a year to enact his plan. One day, he hears the tell-tale *whoosh* of intro music. This is it. The barriers between universes have weakened, enough for the narrator and entity known simply as 'the audience' to view them. He sits patently, waiting for the camera to flick away from him and to another parallel universe.
The moment the entities leave, he springs up and gets to work. All of his preparation has led to this, but he'll only get one shot to make things right. Once the video ends, he will be trapped in whatever universe he's in forever. He takes the blender and his shotgun, and proceeds to warp through hundreds of parallel universes of him, and his three different companions. He feels his mind take on a cold calculated sense of heightened ability as he wipes out any trace of the parallel universe and eventually, there are only a few left. He understands that the video will end soon, and begins not to care whether the audience see him or not: he has to make his universe safe no matter the cost.
At his final destination, he realised that they have already figured out what he is doing, what he plans to do there. This must be due to all of the multiversal manipulation, he thinks. But it doesn't matter. This Tom and his companion put up a much greater fight than the rest, but are still dispensed with fairly quickly.
He makes it home for the end of the video, believing himself to be safe. But he doesn't realise that all he has done is further weaken the multiversal barrier, allowing for their universe to connect with alternate dimensions. His conquest is far from over.....

1:05 Between Alice and the door is the silhouette of a person. This is probably Prime Tom.
1:26 A gun is being raised behind the shelf that's behind Tom.
1:38 This is where the hints become extremely obvious. The light that appears when someone uses the interdimensional blender briefly appears.

Because this entire video the tomska of our universe kills the ones from the others. In each of the clips it shows tomska with a shotgun or just hiding. Some are easy to find, others are harder. You can even see tomska behind the girl in the no light universe.
