So excited to see you tried the recipe!!! I was so nervous. I just told my husband that I figured ya’ll hated it bc I didn’t hear back from you. I’m literally so excited to actually keep watching and see what you thought! Yay
denisha mills this recipe reminded me a lot of chili mac. Which was one of the first things I learned to cook at the age of 8. I would use elbow macaroni instead of spaghetti noodles. Love this recipe. Lots of blessings and love to you and your beautiful family.
I did it. I did it. I never thought I could...I got the look from my man like yours gives you when he eats.... I made the chicken. N broccoli and rice and wow everyone ate it up and was very happy..... Thank you Mandy.i really love learning to cook through you.....❤️❤️❤️❤️
Chili without beans is the best! We grew up eating chili over rice and from our kids’ sports teams we discovered “walking tacos”: small bags of Fritos slit open on the side then filled with chili and cheese. Gotta love the variety of ways to eat chili.
I love seeing Gracie!! She is so cute and Im sure a lot of company. She seems to have a personality of her own. I remember when she was crying on the way to the Vet! She did not want to go. I felt so bad for her Bless her little heart.😘
I love that brown rice. In my family we adds can of mushrooms to it. It was actually the 1st thing I ever made for my now husband. I made it way back when he came to meet the parents. Now almost 23 years later it’s still one of his favorite things I make.
Great recipes! You just planned my suppers for next week!😂 thanks! Please continue these What's for Dinner videos; the recipes are wholesome and with normal ingredients and your video presentations are great! I couldn't cook either when I got married 7 years ago at 43😂🤪and now I love to cook! I recently retired and I think I live in the kitchen now; my husband asks all the time..."What's for supper?" LOL. I'm gonna search this channel for some cool recipes! Thanks y'all!❤
Hi Mandy, like I said when I first found you.. I am so happy. I love all the recipes you've made, and those sent in. You need to airmail your self to my house. Kidding I will continue to watch. Bless you all and stay safe.
From a fellow born and raised Cincinnati girl now living in Florida, I am so excited to see you enjoyed this recipe for Cincinnati Chili!! Just a tip next time you eat it, don’t twirl your spaghetti. Simply cut your bite with a fork. It’s the Cincinnati way 🙂
Mandy, it's wonderful to have a hubby that appreciates and loves your cooking! We are lucky ladies. I'm going to try the pork chop and brown rice recipe this week! Thanks for sharing the love!!
All of these recipes are ones I want to try. I am so intrigued with the Cincinnati chili. I’ve never seen a recipe quite like it. Thanks for sharing these recipes
Your Mom’s brown rice reminds me of a dish my Ma used to make. She used Lipton onion soup mix, water or broth and some butter. Put in casserole dish and laid seasoned chicken pieces on top and baked it. We always loved it,
Mandy, thank you for another awesome video. Your videos inspire and remind me why I enjoyed cooking. Keep moving forward because you are doing a terrific job. Have a great day!
My mom used to make that brown rice for us all the time! Only difference is that she would toast the rice in half a stick of butter on the stove before she baked it!
Sue here: Love love love your cooking, your style, your cute pumpkin spice shirt, your cute voice and brunetteness, and most of all - your dear dear culinary critic hubby with his spot on complimentary comments. Good job, Mandy!!!
Way to go Mandy!! As usual, I love your What's for Dinner'. And the colab will be amazing. Enjoy this BEAUTIFUL fall weather this weekend in SC. I am loving it. See ya' all soon!
These are all great meals. I am going to make ALL of them! (I have always been curious about "Cincinnati chil"..) And I also freakin LOVE when you talk to Gracie about cheese. It is hilarious and adorable. 😹😻
Oh my! That Brown Rice recipe looks so good! And so simple! I am definitely making it for Thanksgiving! The longer your hair gets, the more I love it! I love the chopsticks! We have that 3 and 4-way here in Tulsa, Ok. I was thrown for a loop when I first saw it on a menu. Great subby supper because I’m from Ohio and yes I LOVE me some Chilli spaghetti 🍝 or five way which I might make for dinner tonight myself. Thanks for the video.
@@MandyintheMaking I live in South Texas about an hour from the Mexico boarder. I'm Mexico they have a recipe for what they call mol'e usually served with chicken or pork it's a thick very rich deep brown sauce and it is made with the same type of chocolate. I just never thought of adding it to chili. I can see where you would get the depth of flavor. Mol'e is something you like or you don't.
We made the honey chicken and it was really really good! It's going in my "make this again" file. We added a little cornstarch to the chicken before sauteing it and it gets a lovely light crust on it!
I can’t wait to try the pork chops and brown rice!! And that garlic peeler/roller thingy is legit!! Where has it been all my life! LOL!! I hated peeling garlic! Another great video Mandy!! Thank you!!
Stephanie T. My mom is from Cincinnati and this is one thing that’s a MUST eat when we go. Also, there is a chain called Gold Star Chili and it’s in surrounding states that is the same chili. They have chili dogs that are to die for. Definitely 5 stars on this week subbie supper!
My family LOVES Cincinnati Style Chili. I cannot wait to try Denisha's recipe as it is a little different than mine. I serve it with cheddar cheese and Oyster crackers.
As a girl who grew up in Cincinnati suburbs but now lives in Utah- I was THRILLED to see my beloved Skyline on your list of recipes today! I buy the cans online or get them when I go home to see family to get my Skyline fix, but I’ll be trying this copycat recipe ASAP! Thank you!!
I would just use my Chili recipe and put it over spaghetti. I never tried Cincinnati Chili. It looks good ! Wishing you the very best for Thanksgiving - to Steven, Mandy, and Cole. That rice looks amazing!

The chicken recipe looks amazing too, and I have never heard of your mama's rice recipe. You always deliver on these recipes, thank you for your videos!
As always, all the recipes look delicious!!! I saw where A Country Life's Jennifer is featuring a recipe of yours once a week for November. I'm tickled. She is awesome just like you.😀
I'm from KY, and we put spaghetti in our chili, anyway, but when I met my husband who lived in OH, I was introduced to Skyline Chile. I fell in love with it. We eat ours 5-way, but I have to be careful to not go overboard with the raw onions. LOL. I am totally going to try out your pork chops and rice!
WOW, great recipes again, would love to make your mum's brown rice but I know I'll struggle to get the Campbells ingredients, but I'll try. Loved the chicken recipe too. Not sure if I can eat chilli without beans in, thats the main reason I make chilli lol for the beans. Can't wait to see the deserts collab. Keep up the good work Mandy, love your channel honey xx

I just got to finish this lol .. I see now why Steven had that big grin lol .. the brown rice looks amazing and I’m not a big onion fan but thinking of trying that soon. And the skyline/Cincinnati chili we haven’t had for years. I did come across a spaghetti sauce recipe from a restaurant in Huntington WV that has been open for 40 yrs I know. We have never ate there but always said we would but end up somewhere else. I hope to make it next week since I’ve already shopped and meal planned for this week lol We are having Minestrone soup in Thursday!!
Hi lovely lady ! Recipes just keep getting better ! I made your brown rice recipe tonight with rotisserie chicken . OH MY WORD ! delicious.😋😋😋 Will never just boil it again. I'm from NC. I love some brown rice and I make mine the same way. I also agree..I should make it a lot more often. We are for sure going to make the Cincinnati chili and I think tomorrow is the perfect day to make it.
Mandy, I so enjoy your videos and this one especially. So looking forward to trying your moms brown rice recipe(I cannot make a decent rice) The pork chops are such a nice change up from my usual bbq chops AND that chili recipe I sure will give a try over 'eggless' egg noodles...lol I get them at two of our local grocery stores Metro/Loblaws...so much lighter than the spaghetti noodles...but like you always say...'make it your own'...LOL You rock gal! luv your filming of all the recipes...so professionally done. Thank you, from Ursula in Canada
Mandy, these recipes look so yummy for Fall. I love the Lemon Garlic Chicken with Broccoli recipe and the Pork Chops with your mom's rice recipe. The rice looks delicious. I am making it tomorrow along with the chops for dinner. I am not a Cincinnati Chili fan but I love traditional chili which i make in Fall and Winter. Stephen loved it all. His expressions are so fun to watch! Pretty little precious Gracie knows what she wants - yes, Mama, Cheese Please!!! Can't wait for your November 19th holiday dessert collaboration. Yum! Love y'all. 💖🍁😼🍁💖
Gracie is beautiful! I am anxious to try your pork chop recipe. Even though I have been cooking for a long time I haven’t prepared pork chops in a skillet, usually bake them. I guess because during my childhood my mother would fry pork chops in an iron skillet but they would be burnt on the outside & raw inside. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
We eat our chili over rice. I have made this chili before and we don't care for all the spices. In my brown rice I add a can of mushrooms which float to the top so I pick them out lol but gives a good flavor and a half stick of butter. Our favorite too during the Holidays. I double the recipe. We call it Mushroom rice.
So excited to see you tried the recipe!!! I was so nervous. I just told my husband that I figured ya’ll hated it bc I didn’t hear back from you. I’m literally so excited to actually keep watching and see what you thought! Yay
Girl, we LOVED it!! So unique! Thanks so much for sending it over!! 😍
Can’t wait to make it!!
I am definitely making the pork chops. Very similar to what I already do. I just have never added the dijon mustard. Great idea.

We have never ate there but always said we would but end up somewhere else. I hope to make it next week since I’ve already shopped and meal planned for this week lol We are having Minestrone soup in Thursday!!

I'm from NC. I love some brown rice and I make mine the same way. I also agree..I should make it a lot more often.
We are for sure going to make the Cincinnati chili and I think tomorrow is the perfect day to make it.
I hope y'all love it!!
I really enjoyed this video a lot very nice to just relax and enjoy
The chili sounds and looks amazing.
Everything looks so tasty Thanks for sharing Have a great week Mandy and I can not wait to see all the desserts everyone makes for the collab
As always you never seem to disappoint Mandy. Tyfs the chili over spaghetti looked absolutely delicious and I can't wait to make the pork chop recipe.
Thank you Katie!!
I love your channel Mandy! Your kitty is adorable!
Yum! Love y'all. 💖🍁😼🍁💖
Thanks Joan! It was all so tasty this week! We loved trying a new chili recipe and I'm so glad we liked it!!
My mom always put spaghetti in her chili. I never liked it!! Can't wait to try the pork chops!
Haha, it was so new to me, but we loved it! :)
Everything looks delicious! Love your videos!
Thank you!!
These look so good. I want to make all 3 right now. Lol. Thank you
Yay!!
just LOVE your videos Many!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for watching!
So cool how different people make it different ways!!
