Mandy - if you make the pasta pomodoro again you will find if you adequately salt your pasta water (it should be as salty as sea water) and save out about a 1/2 cup of the pasta water to use to add a small amount to your tomato mixture as needed, it will work with the cheese and tomatoes to help make the most wonderful silky sauce. (I never knew about this until a few years ago, but it is how Italians do it and it's amazing how that works!)

I'm a new mom (of a ten month old) so finding quick, easy and delicious recipes is one of the things that is super necessary in my book! Mandy I hope your family and you like Northern Beans and Ham hock meat . All I do is soak my beans in hot water and in a big bowl and put a lead on the bowl the HamHock meat 🍖 should be washed and put in a bowl and put it in the fridge until the next morning then I take my beans and drain them and put them in the Crockpot and cover my beans and my Ham hock meat with enough water to cover them then I take and put my salt pepper onion powder and Garlic powder a palm of your hand of each should be good but if you want to you can add more and I cook mine for 4 to 6 hours or you can cook them on stove and they will be done in 2 hours enjoy my friends I love watching your videos on what for dinner Mandy l have been married for 6 years to my husband Leroy and we have a pet Dog name Billy Jack He is jack Russell as for my self I don't like talking about my self Mandy

I don’t know if your still taking tips but mine is about iced coffee... so instead of using ice , freeze trays of coffee cubes instead of water and add them to your coffee. So when they melt it will just be extra coffee and not watered down!

Yummy. We make shepherds pie often. You can add other veggies like green beans and corn to the meat and we like sharp cheddar for the potatoes. It is such a good winter meal. Thank you for the great ideas! 😊

We have cottage pie a lot in the winter months or shepherd's pie if you use lambs mince, tbf I've never grated the carrots and onions just chopped them really small, but I will try this way next time. Your husband described this meal so well, it is a very hearty meal that fills you well.
