in my case when i show in spreadsheet weekly form the values does not match with what i already store, do you know what it is?

I know very well .what you are saying. Follow my words. when you use the export option to get data on the spreadsheet. The weeks will move one column forward. When you simply select the spreadsheet and table from the resource assignment copy and paste it to the spreadsheet it will be exactly the same. So when you use the export option just cut the date and move ahead one column to get an exact match. This issue is because of additional empty columns after the table and before the spreadsheet.if you haven't got my explanation email your WhatsApp on [e-mail] .I will explain you on whatsapp.

@@SoftEdemy sorry maybe i did not express well, the thing is i save in the finantial period lets say the same actual labor units that in your video for each week, the thin is that when i put the data in spreadsheet, the numbers are different for example, if in Week 1 i Saved 200 Actual Lab, appears 150 Labor Units, and it is the same case (diferent Numbers) for the rest of the weeks, at the end the sum corresponds to the Grand Total, but in partial data do not is the same with what i saved

Dear Colin Auns.you cannot delete the store period performance. But you can overwrite it by using the same data date. Store the performance in the same data date will overwrite the previous. How is it?. Comment please

@@SoftEdemy Yes understood, however my financial period was from 01 April 22 until 30 April 23! Just goes to show a easy mistake has crashed my database and unrecoverable. not great!

Yes I can feel your pain due to lost of time. But you can overwrite it. You know that softwares are remain in updating process. Continual improvement required in them. So I expect that in future. Store performance delete option will be available. What do you think 🤔.but right you have to overwrite.it was pleasant to talk with you

@@SoftEdemy as my reporting is monthly the next available window is May 23, as you cannot overlap these periods. I have since created new database and transferred all my 120 projects. unfortunately the financial periods have not transferred over and I am just left with total actual units. shame really! nice talking too, have a great day

Yes offcource you cannot do it now as your next period has been overlapped and also you don't have previous periods data now.but you have learned alot about this issue during it's research. Have a good day.
