Awesome instruction and demo vid. I've been checking a lot of remote down streaming videos and different remote setups. This little build can save DIYers hundreds of FRN's. Thanks a bunch for putting this out.

Nice bro, we ended up making one also but we just used a Bluetooth water sprinkler system from a chem tank to an injector then ran the hose line from injector to a split in our wip hose from the real. This saved us alot of money and time, we used the extra cash to buy a 200' of hydraulic hose that has a teflon inner 3/8" line so the Sodium Hydrochloride doesnt break down our hose added a Chem Rated spray gun with 6063 rated aluminum lance we made. This way we not have to worry about replacing anything that breaks down in the injection bypass system itself or the components such as ball valves ect. The Bluetooth timer has a lifetime warranty also 😁.

@@allproexteriorservicesllc5338 hey can I ask you a question pls sir. I have been trying to remove all the flow restrictions throughout the various components on our setup from pump to tip. We bored out our Unloader, removed a couple filters that bottlenecked the 3/8" line as well. I had noticed the inner part of every swivel we have have ( we have a generic one and a mosmatic one ATM) all of them have a tiny tiny little hole that leads to the ball valve. I dont have a GPM gage but i can tell just from feel when I hook the gun up without the swivel vs with its def stronger with it removed. Im assuming its because of that bottleneck in the swivel so I guess my question is 2 parts.... 1. I this a correct assumption? and 2. If it is restricting flow rate are their any type of swivels that keep a strait 3/8" diameter through the entire swivel? Thanks!!!!!

Could you also use a 3 way valve so that when you click the remote you are just switching back and forth from sh to clean water? Yes you would have to run two lines from the ball valve, one to clean water and one to sh tank. That way every time you rinse it also rinses the injector.

4 yrs later I see this video. I was watching some of these diy remote setups and now i realize why the other guys put the on/off switch on the side of the box. I was wondering why aren't they putting them on the top of the box. Then i seen you press the button and because its not a momentary switch it says sunk in and can hold water and possibly make the switch go bad is what I am thinking. What do you think about my little theory?

My issue is I have to take off my downstream injector because no matter the tip I use it still continues to pull . I mostly use the m5 twist to apply and to rinse but I have to go back to trailer and turn it off, unhook the injector, hook the jumper hose back to the reel and start the unit then rinse. It’s a lot to do and waste time. I’m trying to figure out what to do to where I can apply SH/soap/degreaser etc.. then rinse
