I've been reading that there are issues getting recalbox to recognize the x arcade stick. Did you have to change anything for the stick to work? Also does the default button mapping work or will I have to remap the controller for player 1 and player 2 to both work?
i installed the d X-Arcade driver on my RetroPie and my dual stick works at %90 the problem is.... i have a weird glitch in my dual stick wear it the no mater what i do the side button (my select/coin ) on player 1 (left) reads it as d-pad left and i've checked all settings and all are correct i even check my stick and there is i find nothing wrong every time i press select or coin character move left can someone pleas tell me how to fix this ? to add : im on raspberry pi 3
This is running a Pi 3 not a zero, right? Also, can you show us how to set this up (software and hardware)? I'm on a budget big time, and would love to set something up like this to have with my friends or take it over to a buddies, etc. Thanks. Looks real cool.
This one is on a pi zero just because I had it sitting around, you could throw a pi 3 in it with ease though. I'll see if I can put together a tutorial video on what you would need and how to do it. Software is easy look up recalbox and you download the image, write it to an SD card and pop it in the pi. Then you will be able to connect it to your wifi and copy the roms over.
Not sure, does it let you map the buttons at all or just the 2 player side not let you map anything? What mode is the tank stick in? the little switch on the back under the 1p and 2p buttons?
Hook it up to a computer and open notepad and make sure p2 is typing out the same letters as listed here support.xgaming.com/support/solutions/articles/12000003090-x-arcade-programming-guide

travis fultz did you use an adapter to convert the USB to micro USB inside the joystick box?
Did you make any changes to the configuration on Recalbox or is it a out of the box setup?
Removed unused systems, setup controller, added images and metadata.
I could only get one side of the controller to configure? What am I missing?

I haven't moved the switch and no it won't map the player 2 side
