Gecko Toes Electric Cord Holder used as Arborists' Lanyard Storage

I cut a Gecko Toes in half and screwed it to my saddle. It works great for storing my long, double lanyard. In the video, I demonstrate removing and replacing about 2/3 of my lanyard, the extra part I use for work positioning or short traverses. There is still about 1/3 of the primary end of it, the working lanyard part, still stored on the Gecko. The Gecko Toes was the size used for storing electrical extension cords and was perfect for my 11mm lanyard. Bought it on eBay. The half of the Gecko will store quite a bit more rope than shown here, maybe twenty five feet or more. This lanyard shown is eighteen feet long.
