Making your tree climbing lanyard less bulky

Good tip for lanyard storage. A daisy chain also works well for shortening the end of a climbing line. The extra weight at the end is useful for redirects, and groundsmen can easily clip on tools to send aloft.

It’s great until your about 2 minutes into the climb and use the lanyard then it’s all hanging out again

Really? Only good this is for is when walking to and from vehicle. In the tree its useless

There are plenty of other ways to store a long lanyard.
