Further, you should open chapters of the National Criminal Procedure (Code) Act 2017 (Domicile Law of Nepal) as well as better understand and challenge the awareness that Nepal is obligated to implement the international treaty / convention of the UN as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948.
You had voluntarily surrendered yourself to the law enforcement personnel, obviously, they used excessive force under direct order of CDO and held 18 days in unlawful custody. Were they provided procedure fairness? You came out on bail then what was the charge? Did you commit any crime? It's seem that they deprived you in a way of "Mental Torture" and denial to your basic human rights under premeditated plan by accuser/s. In court and criminal matters, the accuser/s either individual or associate FIR or crown have to prove “Beyond the reasonable Doubt” with “Burden of Proof”. Otherwise, it could be defame or character assassination.
Intentional motive - It may be perjury because of your colour, race, faith, gender, political association or something else. You have to arrange for legal advice and challenge in court, together, we will prevail fair and equal rightful social justice along with fellow citizens of Dharan. Journey just begun and a long way to go for your destiny. Right now, please make sure the well being of you (victims) along with family members must be OK, otherwise, seek counselling for resilient steady recovery. Do not forget yourself as Aug Sung HH and you are all standing by to defend in communal interests / cause of diverse communities / societies of Dharan.
The Dharan 27 deeply attacked the heart of the communities / societies for sabotaged. Sadly / Gradually, the effect will have a severe negative impact and unbearable cholesterol damage in the future. Another obvious cause factors, nothing other than the appropriate authorities (Federal, State and Local Governments) neglected the Dharan, absenteeism of communities oriented policy, lack of guidance, mission, vision and objective of any national leader/s as well as community leaders because of the different political ideology, divisive perception within family members, fellow neighbourhood and statehood of countryman /woman (Nation & Nationality), tug of war basis of Ideally - like (Godness) or dislike (Evilness) or hatred.
We are in the DNA age, sadly, racial vilification still exists and practices within communities and societies, so, why?
