I don't even know what a French seam is! I would love to be able to make a coat because I am really struggling to find a good one with the current fashion. I am thinking of using my old coat to get the pattern, but the seams look really complicated to do, and then, there is the lining! Luckily, it is summer!🪡 Thank you for your advice and happy sewing :)
