Fei Long has always been one of my all time favorite Street Fighter characters. Its a shame he'll never get even side main character status though. But at least he'll always be strong enough to make Ryu or Ken have to try.
Fei Long was one of my mains in SFIV. And yes, fighting in a suit is always dope! I've been pitching a few times that CAPCOM should make like a "Suit DLC-pack" so that all characters can fight and also look dapper 😅 (Kind of like the track-n-field outfit pack for SFV)

They keep bringing back Cammy like ALL THE TIME but hardly any others from Super Street Fighter 2. I've never been a huge Cammy fan. Dude's are such simps.
At least T Hawk's daughter will be in SF6 and DeeJay. Only Fei Long is missing now or maybe will make a new character for Fei Long, the Son of the Dragon, the Crow like Brandon's lady character.

So far SF4 is the best in my opinion. this is coming from a guy that played SF1 in the arcade in Middle school and spent my whole paycheck learning SF2 in arcades. Not a fan of 3 and 5 was pretty good. SFxTK needed more funding, balance and GEM removal. ........................................now that i read this before hitting the comment button ..............they had plenty of funding with folks purchasing GEMS
Yyeah another og here too. It's like these new cats. When I say I hate sf3 they don't understand it. I remember walking up to the cabinet putting a quarter in. looked at the roster. Saw that the only 2 og characters were Shotos then walked straight off. Didn't even look back. I didn't play it again til sf collection came out on PS4. I beat it just to get the achievements. Never played the series again. But yyeah me personally USF4 and Alpha 2. Are the best.
@@maskofacryingclown3 I am glad that I don't stand alone on SF3. I spent a total of $6 playing in the arcade and realized Capcom owed me a $5 refund. That is the time frame when I moved over to Tekken and Soul Calibur. I was done with SF at that point. Honorable mentions to Ultimate MK3 and KI 1&2
@@cianosavalas yyeah I know right. But when I parted ways I went with SNK. I couldn't get into MK as a child because of the ridiculous sounds they made. I thought at that time they were trying to make fun of fighting games. So I veered off hard haha but came back to it in the ps2 days still have my copies.
Oooo as a former Fei tournament player this is one of my favorite matchups. Very dynamic and footsie based, it also helps that Dudley has the “fat hitbox” at his feet to punish. That all being said, I’ve only played Smug once and it didn’t feel so advantaged 😂 This Fei did a great job dealing with Smug’s great footwork and buttons. I’ve always enjoyed watching Smug play, and it’s a shame I never got to play him in tournament
Had a lot of fun watching this vid! Used to play a ton of vanilla SF4 back in the day w/ Fei. This Fei was nice! He seemed to favor the ex moves a bit too much, though. Crouching mp into super was my get out of jail free card and it seemed like it was there a few times. Either way, much respect and enjoyed 🙏🏽

Yeah Dudley stand roundhouse is really good. But if he didn’t have that, some matchups literally become impossible for him. Jab vs ultra is just weird. Some characters like yun can do meaty low medium punch and block in time. So there’s things you can do to set up pressure and block
Yo I hate fighting fei long. against the CPU on the hardest difficulty. You should try it. Online it was rare that I even came across a fei long. But when I did it was just like this empty feeling I always got. My smiles went straight to frowns.

8:11 Ultras are slow. The jab recovers in time to block the Ultra. This is a common occurrence.
