The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity is the GOAT. Like you said it just never misses, always consistently good even when shifting the focus to side characters. I also find that the author portrays emotiins very well and subtle expressions are drawn so beautifully 😊
AGREED! I care as much for the side characters as I do for rintaro and kaoruko. Yesss, one of my favourite expression is the blushing 🤭 they’re sooo cute

My top 8 romance manga from 2024 are: - A Sign of Affection - A Condition Called Love - Sweat and Soap - I have a Crush at Work - Wotakoi - Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie - It Takes Two Tomorrow, Too - 365 Days to the Wedding If I'm including non-romance focused manga, I'd also definitely put Frieren, Apothecary Diaries, and Ikoku Nikki. (Also just a quick note, josei is pronounced more like "joe-say", since it's also the Japanese word for woman)

You literally have amazing taste might I suggest a slightly odd chinese comic called "Angel x Demon Cant get along. Its a comedy and a slow burn, the art is absolutely amazing and its really a blast to read.Its at about 160 chapters right now.

@@Ashleighsbooklist I don’t want to spoil but all I can say is one room of happiness had me in tears in some parts but i do get emotional about books easily, and the Archvillians daughter in law is amazing, Evan is such a green flag and so sweet, Laria is smart and caring and Evan’s family are so sweet and find and funny and it just feels like a warm hug, if your looking for a very political one I wouldn’t recommend but if you just want to smile and have a cozy world I would, happy to recommend and help, and love your video

How I met my soulmate (it was so hard to order them, after the first three they where all so close)
Ive read and heard of a few of these (soooo happy to see Futarjime Romantic in a top 10😍), the others I’ve added to my tbr, thank you for sharing! One’s that stood out to me were One Room of Happiness (sounds so different and twisted im intrigued!) & The Archvillain's Daughter-In-Law (I’m getting into the arranged marriage trope!)
@@Ashleighsbooklist I don’t want to spoil but all I can say is one room of happiness had me in tears in some parts but i do get emotional about books easily, and the Archvillians daughter in law is amazing, Evan is such a green flag and so sweet, Laria is smart and caring and Evan’s family are so sweet and find and funny and it just feels like a warm hug, if your looking for a very political one I wouldn’t recommend but if you just want to smile and have a cozy world I would, happy to recommend and help, and love your video
