This whole season was fantastic and possibly my favorite (it’s fighting Escape from the Bloodkeep for #1). Every part was fantastic and I can’t wait to have it playing in the background when I’m grinding in games. Thank you all so much for this
This and Misfits of Magic are my absolute favorite campaigns so far (by a longshot) but ACoFaF def comes in at number 1! Brennan runs campaigns like no other, but there's something so special in getting to see him play. His acting range is mind-blowing and the characters he writes/builds are such insanely nuanced. They can all break your heart and yet still make you want to be as brave and bold as they are! He's a1¹stonishing. Aabria... Aabria... You steal my heart as a game master who builds worlds that feel oh so lived in and NPCs who feel like main characters. Your story pacing is spectacular and you'd never guess that it was mostly reactive to how much freedom you allowed your players. I am in awe of you all. Thank you for giving me such an amazing introduction to dimension 20 over these last few months. 🖤
This season has far and away become my favourite, right from the first episode. Not to say any of the previous seasons are lacking or I enjoy them any less, but there's a je ne sais quoi that indisputably makes it number one for me. Thank you so, so much for your wonderful stories and creativity and work and time.
@@JAAAY62 they changed it after ACoC, my understanding is that they kept getting in trouble for fire hazards (which is why they had to film in a warehouse for ACoC instead of the office they were filming in before). Plus it just provides more space for the crew, and I’m sure covid was a factor too
I wouldn't care about them not being in the dome but it was THEM SPECIFICALLY that mentioned being "in the dome" or the dome changing throughout the whole season! I feel betrayed.
It used to be a dome, you can see it in the bloodkeep behind the scenes. I think they probably had to change it for covid safety and it was easier to keep calling it the dome.
there are behind-the-scenes of Fantasy High that shows how it did used to be a dome--but, if I'm not mistaken, it was deemed a hazard by the fire marshals? so when they moved to a location somewhere in the outskirts of California at three in the morning, it was broken apart to make sure everyone is safe :)
The Dome is the friends we made along the way~ But seriously, I'm sure they kept the phrase as a way to sanctify the performing space at D20. Even if it's no longer literally a dome, there's still value to drawing a psychological boarder around the space where the magic happens.
They legit don’t know what they’re talking about. Like they genuinely just don’t know the lore. Obviously they’re making the comments to kind of but not really support trans people. It’s possible for the world of HP to be immersive and believable AND for JKR to have controversial opinions. I’m so bored of the trend of bashing her books just because she as a person sucks. Like I’m not going to support or trash any media based on a person’s beliefs, I’m judging it for it’s merit. If they want to make a political statement, DO THAT. Not this half assed implied crap. Either outright support the community or don’t. But also don’t blindly follow a trend of “I used to like this thing but now the creator is a jerk so I’m going to say the thing isn’t even that good to begin with”

you could feel the love around the table and “in the dome”

Absolutely amazing season, loved every second of it!
Every one of them DESERVED every last cheer and more. What a truly brilliant season this one was.
Behind the scenes footage is always appreciated. Love when the vail has been pulled back! Great season, thank you all!
I don't think it will happen, but I'd love for a season 2 with a follow up at the next bloom.
I love these BTS! Especially giving a shot out to all the crew behind the scenes. I know they are in the credits but it’s great to see these!
thank you so much to all the incredible professionals that made this amazing season possible! 💛
The Box of Doom’s little flower crown! 😍🤣
It’s the box of bloom now.
Before you ask, Covid safety is the reason why there is no dome.
Also practicality, it makes lighting and camera setups much much easier
Loved this season! I even got my sister to watch d20 because of it!

HOW DID I NOW REALIZE THAT THE BACKGROUND IS JUST WALLS?! Here I was thinking they just played in a giant D20.
Oh this wrap up made me tear up, such a great season, thank you for making it!
very wholesome. great season of d20!
absolutely loved this season!!!!! very quickly became one of my fav d20 campaigns, thank you everyone at dropout for making this happen💕
WAIT THERES NO DOME???
Covid safety protocols
I think it’s room for the flowers too.
The real dome is the friends we made along the way
That was my reaction too! What are these fragments of the dome?

I know it just finished but I can't wait for the next d20 season
There is no dome no more 💔
Wooo!!!!
The dome is a lie.
Wait so the dome is no longer a dome?
Covid reasons, and because it makes camera and lighting setups much easier
the dome is a lie!?
It used to be a dome! Since Covid it's been changed to a more open design for a variety of reasons
Whatever the guy in the mask is saying it sounds very muffled.

It's no longer an actual dome for loads of reasons, but the studio is still symbolically The Dome

Ok but JK Rowling had absolutely nothing to do with this season whatsoever so maybe find some relevant Misfits & Magic clips to rant about.
