I think she can handle them. She was able to handle Matt Mercer, Ashley Johnson, and Aimee Carrero as players in the same party.
Having Emily and Brennan as players is going to be pure chaos and Lou is going to be such an enabler of it.

I’m absolutely happy that more Fey DND stuff is happening. There’s a lot of crazy scenarios and creatures that come from it, and I hope Wizards decides to codify more stuff about the Feywild.
I would say that maybe they don't want to ? the crazy, undefined and absolutely chaotic and yet monarchic nature of the fey is part of the attraction, if they codify it too much there is a risk of it becoming too mechanical.
@@danilooliveira6580 Understandable, but I feel it still stands that the Fey are criminally under-represented monster types, and to my knowledge we have no statblocks for any Archfey, whereas there are ones for gods, demon lords, Hell lords, and other super powerful entities. Having at least some sort of skeleton would help.
I don't know. After the Ravenloft book I feel like anything else they try to produce to pad different realms/themes is just going to be more cash grabbing garbage. It's starting to feel like Wizards is burning out. I think the third party market is going to be where its at for more cutting edge flavor content.

Lol I don't think this one is based on the Feywild. Pretty sure its a rip on A Court of Thorns and Roses by Sara J. Mass. The whole set very much reads "Spring Court" and Lou's character looks veerry similar to a main character from that book.
I love the energy of this already, just from Aabria taking out the fan and then being like "Nope too much" and throws the thing over her shoulder

The dome, the characters intros, Emily, Brennan, and Lou about to create absolute chaos at this table, Aabria's outfits, throwing the fan, fashionable fancy fey, clapping for a gift they don't understand, and the little gift chests in front of the players, new d20 players to enjoy, and the dome, Rick Perry, THE DOME! I can't wait I CAN'T wait I CAN'T WAIT!

I think I'm not alone here when we say doesn't matter what this campaign turns out to be we are there for it. keep up the high production value and the commitment to quality.
I realized that Aabria might have whitnessed Emily at full throttle but never experienced it as a DM. Having it happen in the chaotic realm of the Fey with everyone being unhinged (and possibly horny) by default is a baller move. I cannot wait.

Okay this is so rad. Thanks to dimension 20 I've been running my own "ferngully, mouse guard, Epic, Tinkerbell, and game of thrones" lovechild game and Fey court politics is a huge thing in it. This is not a coincidence. Brennan and Aabria live in my walls
I'm OBSESSED with these aesthetics!!!!! Rick Perry never fails to deliver, and I never expected everyone to have outfits to go so well with this color palette! Also, whenever I see Aabria I know it's going to be good.

The sidequests usually have 4 players but this has 6. Will this be a typical sidequests season?
Coffin Run just concluded and it was a sidequest and they usually alternate full campaigns and side quests so I think Fey & Flowers will be a full campaign like Fantasy High or Starstruck (could be completely wrong though) :)
This has 10 episodes! It's in the FAQ
The side quests have had 6 players in the past! In Escape from the Bloodkeep and Pirates of Leviathan there were 6, but for the sidequests filmed in person after COVID hit they started with just 4 so they could keep the players far enough apart to be in COVID guidelines and limit the number of people on set! It looks like they might be alternating depending on the DM and the campaign, since Coffin Run was PERFECT with just 4 players for 6 episodes and Fey and Flowers seems better suited for 6 players and 10 episodes.
they did The Seven with 6 PCs and 10 episodes so i think this is one of their "standard formula" side quests (the mentioned other sidequests in the comments before me plus the other side quests being 4 PCs with a shorter run)
Mice and murder had 6 players and 10 episodes iirc, and so did the Seven
I saw Aabria GMing and instantly started chanting for Brennan to be a player. I'm so hyped, especially with Emily and Lou there too. It's about to be pure chaos.
Not to be a cliche, but I literally gasped when I read the title for this. I am SO excited for some fae nonsense, especially knowing Emily is going to be a player in it. The set also looks gorgeous. This is going to be killer

I hope Omar will keep his character’s stuttering, because it really is just something people do. Not that being able to speak cogently in a court is okay to stumble over words, but if someone can’t help it they can’t help it. Still excited for all the new cast to demension 20!!
Love that for The Seven they busted out the fans at every turn. But for the magical fairytale Agatha Christie story Aabriya was like “this is too extra”. I’m chalking that up to Persephone radiating that queen energy.

This season has been glorious! Surena, Oscar and Omar have been amazing additions and I'm really hoping some of Oscar and Surena's scenes get animated, their energy is so great to watch!

On Aabria's episode of Three Black Halflings I learned about the stream with her playing Good Society and the insult "piss-whippet" coming out of that glorious stream SO I CANNOT EXPRESS THE ABSOLUTE FREAKOUT I HAD ABOUT A SEASON OF DIMENSION 20 DOING GOOD SOCIETY IN THE FEY REALM ***facilitated by AABRIA IYENGAR*** I am having palpitations.

I am SO EXCITED to see Aabria DM for Brennan again!! Plus I am freaking out because I am currently playing a Harengon Cleric of a fey religious sect I made up earlier in the year that worships an apocalyptic rebirth of the world called "The Great Bloom" and I am just nonstop screeching that I had the same idea as AABRIA.

I just finished watching this and it was one of the most delightful experiences imaginable. What a team! Aabria and Co are magnificent and hilarious, and the story is powerful and touches your heart, all while the cast is creating mayhem. Beautiful, amazing mayhem.

okay, after a third rewatch I finally noticed the one thing I was hoping after a Crit Role cross-pollination: using projections on set! Just like how Marisha's fancy set can show rain or dark red Ruidian storms, at 3:08 we have a lovely foggy forest projected behind Brennan, Emily, and new guy Omar.
The best D&D tables working with each other only improves their production values. I hope that Brennan got Matt in touch with Rick Perry to help with adding further complexity to battle maps.

Are they friends? Does Brennan work for Lou?? I need to know!! And Lou is so sweet with family members. I'm excited to see Emily and Lou play as family again!!

Is this only the second game Brennan and Lou are players together? Absolute DELIGHT any time they're playing together or doing improv for dropout. A couple of comedy juggernauts.

Writing this before it premiers. I'm assuming a Brennan-run side quest, with one or two of the Intrepid Heroes who haven't been in a side quest yet (Emily, Murph or Siobhan). It'll probably be a new world, maybe a fairy tale/nursery rhyme/Brothers Grimm setting which I think they talked about in an Adventuring Party once. Or maybe another mystery/intrigue campaign similar to Mice & Murder or The Unsleeping City. I really hope we get some of the Bloodkeep or M&M cast in this that we haven't seen in a while, they were all really entertaining.
Edit: I got the fact Emily was in it right! Also that it might have mystery elements. Absolutely nothing else though. Very excited to see Aabria DM again and to see Brennan be a PC. This is definitely going to be a whimsical season, I like the Fey theme but also the royalty and nobility stuff makes me think of a friendlier, much less serious Crown of Candy.. Also, I think this is the most decorated the Dome has ever been. None of the characters really stand out to me so far, I like their designs but I need to know more about them before I can pick a favourite.

I never heard of Brennan until Critical Role: Calamity and I just got into watching some Dimension 20 to see what it's like and it's perfect timing to have a new more lighthearted show with people I already know from Critical Role.
God I'm so excited to see Aabria DMing something other than MisMag, I love everyone involved but even with the critical POV it felt too HP for me so I'm *so* excited for a season I can throw all my love into
