I mean like people may have powerful quirks, but you underestimate how powerful guns still are, on shot with those bullets and boom quirk gone forever. Drawbacks include that since your the center of the blast you can’t aim it since it blasts always somewhere near you so it’s restricted to your area, plus due to its destructive nature it will be tough to attack powerfully without damage. Down side: Every time I use it, it'll slowly drain my energy. Presumably, I will die. Rewind mode: Allows the user to rewind time or the person itself. It is used to restore objects and counter attacks. It will erase both the persons actions and behaviour causing them to only remember the things that happened after the rewind duration. Halt mode: Allows the user to stop time or the person itself. It is used to dodge attacks and gain the upper hand in combat. When time is stopped, weight and gravity doesn't exist so he can lift heavy objects and float midair. Skip mode: Allows the user to skip time or the person itself. It is used to negate attacks. When a skip occurs, everyone except the user will only see the outcome after the skip while the user can see everything that was in the skipped time. Also the user is intangible during that duration. An easier way to explain skipped time is literally skipping 10 seconds of the video. Decelerate mode: Allows the user to slow down time or the person itself. It is used to dodge and counter attacks. He can slow down time to point of zero where everything just stops. Accelerate mode: Allows the user to speed up time or the person itself. It is used to negate and dodge attacks. He can speed up time to the point of infinity. Before he can attain infinite speed, he must build up speed first.
Quirk: atmokinesis and Steal Can all types of weather and change the temperature of the skies at will. Can steal 3 quirks only or give her stolen quirks to someone or the same person Downside: everytime I overuse my quirk. It will or use it's full power it will destroy my cells killing me beacuse of cellular destoration.. Titan tornado: will create a huge tornado that will swallow a whole island. And fast winds 400 miles per hr. Lightning creation: create and summon any types of lightning max is 300 million volts and change their size aswell. Storms: create any types of storms mixing any storms like typhoon and hurricane creating a powerful storm
Quirk: Tectonic Quake Generation Explanation: Basically an earthquake based quirk, I am able to generate earthquakes capable of leveling entire city blocks when warmed up or fully awake, possibly even a small city. This Quirk is extremely destructive and powerful. Downsides are, this Quirk can tire out my body quickly. I can only generate high magnitude quakes when I am completely warmed up. Usually, I can generate earthquakes powerful enough to at least crumble a small house without much problem. If I am exhausted or tired, I cannot generate any earthquake past the 4.0 mark. Without any form of exhaustion, at the very limits of my Quirk, I am able to generate 6.0+ magnitude earthquakes with the boundary being about 8.0 Basically, in terms of destructive capability, I would be practically unstoppable. Only when I am not tired. But the downside of the quirk, is taking a massive toll on my energy. So I can only create high scaled earthquakes occasionally, but not all the time.
Food power- allows the user to gain a different power based on what food you eat( combination of monoma’s quirk and amajiki) spicy= fire Frozen =ice Fruit=acid Vegetable =regeneration Nuts=hardening Meat= super strength Caffeine = superspeed +immune to sleep inducing quirks Sugar = superstrength, speed, intelligence ( lasts 3 minutes) Weakness: same as other quirks ( overuse of ice leads to frost bite) lasts as long as food in digestive system,only use one power at a time
Order. This quirk allows you to manipulate people for a short amount of time such as Stop, which is as you guessed it, They stop. The side effects are you can only use it every 30 minutes but with enough training can be reduced. It has a slight draw back of headaches.
Quirk : Eco system The person can make a border bubble that they can draw around any person place or thing. In this bubble they can control their own personal eco system ( they can control the temperature, air pressure, land , weather, etc. ). But the person requires a 360 view of that person place or thing. They don’t need to be in or close to the bubble to control it. I think that it is the type of quirk the show could definitely have as a product of the new generation of over-powered quirks. Thank you for listening to my ted talk.
Now imagine if path to victory from worm becomes a quirk. What it is exactly: See's the necessary adaptable steps to achieve any desirable outcome the user desires. The power took future events to account in the path. Weaknesses: -There are several "blindspots" (in the series worm it is the endbringers, Eidolon and Scion) which the path cannot see, during those events it usually paths around the blindspot. However, the user can make a model of that blindspot in order to overcome it. How effective the path would be would depend on the accuracy of the model projected. -The power works like a internet searchbox. If you worded your goal poorly it would take it into account. Sample: If you path on how to beat a opponent more powerful than you but you didn't took into account your wellbeing, the path might provide a series of actions that would lead to the both of you dying if it counts to the user as a "win."
Quirk: Hallucination User gains the ability to manipulate anybody's perception of reality, making them hallucinate things that are not real. Upon the users command, these hallucination become reality, making them able to directly damage the target.
Quirk: Sorrow sonata. User has the ability to control people's emotions based on the emotion in the song being sung by the user. For example, if I was singing My Immortal, I could make my opponent feel intense grief. Only drawback- User has to be on tune for it to be effective and it makes their throat sore and dry if they use it excessively. It's kinda lame compared to everyone else's but I just really like singing and I'm not a huge combat person.
Uncomfortable Emitter type The longer the user talks when their quirk is activated, the more uncomfortable the victim becomes, and they gain a strong urge to leave after a few seconds. If that urge is not fulfilled, what follows will be pain. This can even lead to bleeding out of different orifices, mostly the nose and ears
Quirk: Dark matter manipulation 1) Sounds cool 2) User gains the ability to manipulate dark matter however they wish 3) Possible setback would be , yes cellular deterioration 4) Coz everyone has a weakness
Quirk: weather manipulation 1) can create and manipulate weather at will 2) it's fun and easy dominate the world 3.) Can make deadly weather 4.) Can make deadly lightning 5.) Can change the temperature 6.) Weakness: overusing too much can lead to nausea and exhausted stress.
Okay I came up with this one myself! Quirk : Infinity You can get ANY quirk you speak of (one quirk at a time) it has a time limit of 20 mins before It wears off. The side effects (downside) of the particular quirk are 2x harder on you. You have to know how the quirk works to choose it.

Quirk: nightmare eye This quirk allows its user to create the enemy's worst nightmare if the user looks at the enemy, if the user looks into the enemy's eyes the enemy is trapped in their mind and the user can make their worst nightmare come true and can kill the enemy or let the enemy pass out, it depends on the enemy's worst nightmare, it can last 1 to 2 hours. Drawback: if this quirk is overused the user can become uncounsses or fall asleep that depends on how long the user used this quirk (sorry if there are ant mistakes 😅)
Even Weather can be used as a quirk now? I swear I'm about to up and wipe out this Hero Sickness. Society says these quirks "help" people but society has become too dependent on them and they need to be erased for good. People are suffering and even being disowned by their own families! Toga was pretty much disowned solely because of her quirk. Since she was obsessed with blood and all, but her parents shouldn't have done that! They should've loved their child unconditionally! It wasn't her fault! The same with Eri! Her own mother abandoned her after her quirk manifested and.. She even called her a curse. She was the first one to say it and I know I messed up with Eri, big time. But still parents should love their children unconditionally.
Ominous fog: Similar to ectoplasm's it looks like fog coming out of the mouth, with the fog you can create illusions and harden the fog to form objects or structures or copies of yourself Con: objects created have a low durability, you have to be able to breathe to use the quirk
Quirk idea 2: quirk: null void type: mutant with emitter like ability description: the users eyes would be buzz saw shaped and they could see things ahead of time like semi into future but only for short intervals to see incoming attacks. the user is also able to put people into a pitch black realm in there mind where they can’t do anything or feel anything but on the outside world there in a trance that they will follow your lead and do whatever you tell them. you can go inside the dimension and hide or put people inside and instead of taking over there mind transport them with your eye being the gateway
Pain manipulation ....ABILITY : absorb any pain instantaneously when looking at things and storing them at a whim ....DOWNSIDE : feeling any and every pain simultaneously that is stored
I feel like Nine could've been a much better villain if he was canon. The fact that he got relegated to a movie just wastes his potential. The prequel chapter barely sheds any light the pasts of him and his crew.

Quirk: Chronokinesis
User gains the ability to rewind, stop, skip, decelerate, accelerate time. All powers work in their perspective and different ways.
Down side: Every time I use it, it'll slowly drain my energy. Presumably, I will die.
Rewind mode: Allows the user to rewind time or the person itself. It is used to restore objects and counter attacks. It will erase both the persons actions and behaviour causing them to only remember the things that happened after the rewind duration.
Halt mode: Allows the user to stop time or the person itself. It is used to dodge attacks and gain the upper hand in combat. When time is stopped, weight and gravity doesn't exist so he can lift heavy objects and float midair.
Skip mode: Allows the user to skip time or the person itself. It is used to negate attacks. When a skip occurs, everyone except the user will only see the outcome after the skip while the user can see everything that was in the skipped time. Also the user is intangible during that duration. An easier way to explain skipped time is literally skipping 10 seconds of the video.
Decelerate mode: Allows the user to slow down time or the person itself. It is used to dodge and counter attacks. He can slow down time to point of zero where everything just stops.
Accelerate mode: Allows the user to speed up time or the person itself. It is used to negate and dodge attacks. He can speed up time to the point of infinity. Before he can attain infinite speed, he must build up speed first.

Storms: create any types of storms mixing any storms like typhoon and hurricane creating a powerful storm
Quirk: Tectonic Quake Generation
Explanation: Basically an earthquake based quirk, I am able to generate earthquakes capable of leveling entire city blocks when warmed up or fully awake, possibly even a small city. This Quirk is extremely destructive and powerful.
Downsides are, this Quirk can tire out my body quickly. I can only generate high magnitude quakes when I am completely warmed up. Usually, I can generate earthquakes powerful enough to at least crumble a small house without much problem. If I am exhausted or tired, I cannot generate any earthquake past the 4.0 mark. Without any form of exhaustion, at the very limits of my Quirk, I am able to generate 6.0+ magnitude earthquakes with the boundary being about 8.0
Basically, in terms of destructive capability, I would be practically unstoppable. Only when I am not tired. But the downside of the quirk, is taking a massive toll on my energy. So I can only create high scaled earthquakes occasionally, but not all the time.

The person can make a border bubble that they can draw around any person place or thing. In this bubble they can control their own personal eco system ( they can control the temperature, air pressure, land , weather, etc. ). But the person requires a 360 view of that person place or thing. They don’t need to be in or close to the bubble to control it. I think that it is the type of quirk the show could definitely have as a product of the new generation of over-powered quirks.

Weaknesses:
-There are several "blindspots"
(in the series worm it is the endbringers, Eidolon and Scion) which the path cannot see, during those events it usually paths around the blindspot. However, the user can make a model of that blindspot in order to overcome it. How effective the path would be would depend on the accuracy of the model projected.
-The power works like a internet searchbox. If you worded your goal poorly it would take it into account. Sample: If you path on how to beat a opponent more powerful than you but you didn't took into account your wellbeing, the path might provide a series of actions that would lead to the both of you dying if it counts to the user as a "win."

User has the ability to control people's emotions based on the emotion in the song being sung by the user. For example, if I was singing My Immortal, I could make my opponent feel intense grief. Only drawback- User has to be on tune for it to be effective and it makes their throat sore and dry if they use it excessively. It's kinda lame compared to everyone else's but I just really like singing and I'm not a huge combat person.

You can get ANY quirk you speak of (one quirk at a time) it has a time limit of 20 mins before It wears off. The side effects (downside) of the particular quirk are 2x harder on you. You have to know how the quirk works to choose it.
It’s just monoma’s copy with a buffed duration but a nerfed storage and ability to use since monoma’s just tells him how to use the quirks he copies

This quirk allows its user to create the enemy's worst nightmare if the user looks at the enemy, if the user looks into the enemy's eyes the enemy is trapped in their mind and the user can make their worst nightmare come true and can kill the enemy or let the enemy pass out, it depends on the enemy's worst nightmare, it can last 1 to 2 hours.
Drawback: if this quirk is overused the user can become uncounsses or fall asleep that depends on how long the user used this quirk

Even Weather can be used as a quirk now? I swear I'm about to up and wipe out this Hero Sickness. Society says these quirks "help" people but society has become too dependent on them and they need to be erased for good. People are suffering and even being disowned by their own families! Toga was pretty much disowned solely because of her quirk. Since she was obsessed with blood and all, but her parents shouldn't have done that! They should've loved their child unconditionally! It wasn't her fault! The same with Eri! Her own mother abandoned her after her quirk manifested and.. She even called her a curse. She was the first one to say it and I know I messed up with Eri, big time. But still parents should love their children unconditionally.

Quirk idea 2: quirk: null void type: mutant with emitter like ability description: the users eyes would be buzz saw shaped and they could see things ahead of time like semi into future but only for short intervals to see incoming attacks. the user is also able to put people into a pitch black realm in there mind where they can’t do anything or feel anything but on the outside world there in a trance that they will follow your lead and do whatever you tell them. you can go inside the dimension and hide or put people inside and instead of taking over there mind transport them with your eye being the gateway

Similar to nines weather manipulation but I can create Disasters based on environment.
Example: water-tsunami, ground-earthquake, volcano-eruption, air-tornado, rain-lightning
A cooler name would be something like "Tectonic Manipulation" but that's a really spicy idea
