Glass manipulation is kinda OP. Imagine releasing a barrage of glass from that concentrated glass sphere and just spreads across all directions. Imagine a glass storm with the speed of 5000 km/hour just shredding anything and everything. Horikoshi wasted this one.
Most quirks that relay/use/bend any very common stuff of the modern age are more powerful that anyone give them credit, two reasons, 1 abundance example cementos literaly most if not all buldings and streets are playdoll for him, 2 easily very maleable and intuitive for doing lots of things and the city can become a playground.
You give any hero the ability to fire anything at 5000kmh and theyll be op. Thats approx 5 times the speed of sound. Sniper round reach up to 4500kmh for reference.
Not really considering that those tiny little glass shards will easily break again someone who’s many times harder than glass. Or has some kind of power that can slow down or a redirect or an some other way hamper the progression of the glass towards them like a telekinetic field or teleportation it’s a strong power but it’s not God level.

I find it hilarious that he’s introduced as this guy floating along and he seems like a crazy man through the windows, and then he sucks the glass away and goes to a “oh, he’s actually kinda dangerous” level.
I low-key slept on this guy. His quirk isn't half bad. It looks really cool and could probably give heroes a bad time if mastered. Thats the thing with a lot of quirks

Glass manipulation is potentially one of the most deadly abilities in my hero because he can turn the glass into glass dust. The reason glass dust are so lethal is because if you inhaled glass dust it will shred your lungs and its almost impossible to get it out. How are you even going to fight against that? Not breathe air? Even if you had a quirk that allowed you to hold your breath for an extended period of time, he can still shoot glass shards at you at the speed of a bullet. Plus when high speed piece of glass hit a target, it shatters on impact creating an even worse wound that's equally as hard to get out as glass dust. There's a reason why glass weaponry is against the geneva convention
Yeah but then with certain heroes it has a throne and hard enough to pierce through there durable skin or armor. And Glass dust isn’t very effective if the person has window manipulation and just blows it all the way or against Todoroki who can freeze it all in the air or just melt it all the way.
So, I think we've seen 3 very promising urban jungle quirks. Cementos, this loon, and that maniac who can manipulate road paint. Throw in a metal bender type quirk, and that is one scary squad for just about any city.

First of all at no point in time does it show him being able to turn into a glass. You’re thinking of infamous and their conduit powers right there. Also glass sharpened after cut anything it’s just brittle glass not unless you somehow condense it into super glass but even then it’s still be very brittle when razor sharp.
