Arielle I have a toddler also I let my cousin cut his hair and the only thing he do is just run the dam clippers Cross my baby head n give him a faded lineup
Thank you so much! Single mom, and I just cut more son's hair for the first time tonight. I was trying to get those crispy edges so he can be sharp for graduation on Monday, so you were definitely a miracle worker for making it so easy and walking through step by step.
I appreciate the video. I've been doing my own hair cuts for 3 yrs now and it was a little difficult but these video give some pointers with the edge of the trimmers. Thanks again.
Finally !! You explained so perfectly , and clearly , I needed this, new Sub. Here. I like your style of teaching, just right . No crazy antics and BS -straight teaching.👍😁
Thanks for doing that, Matt. I'm always hesitant when lining up my son because his skin is very sensitive. I've left red marks on his neck and have my trimmers set as far back from zero as they will possibly go. Guess that's going to help me develop that light touch...
I just started cutting hair and doing fades and taper's but that line up soooo hard to me! Any more tips or anyway clippers ya recommend for a beginner? Starting barber school in a month. Thank you
What does the holding spray do if you don’t mind me asking. I will be cutting my grandsons hair for them as it’s quite expensive taking them to the babe bees every two weeks their hair grows so quick it’s ridiculous. I used to cut my brothers hair when I was a kid I wasn’t too bad but now I just want to do a level 2 on the boys with a nice shape up. Thank you I know I will learn a lot from you.
I'm a mom and I just started to cut my boys hair. I got an Andis set with clipper and trimmers. Both were not sharp at all. I sent them out to get sharpened and modified to cut closer. Now they both cut great but the trimmer is way to sharp no matter how light I touch. How can I work around this or work with it? Thanks again for the tips. Great video.
Hey. I have a 4 year old boy with a head full of hair that's kept braided. I've been unsuccessful at barbershop to get him a lineup. (He gets major anxiety at the sound of the sheer) Long story short, I'd like to try at 🏡 where it's a calmer environment and less eyes on him. Could you recommend a great quality brand for at home use?
Question. Can I just get the edge up itself and not the across the whole hairline? I have baby hair. I just want an edge up and not the full thing. Would that be weird?
Deb Sutton what do you mean duh? there was no other conversation posted other than what I responded to DUH...... just drop it...... it's not important dude
This video made me buy these outliners. Been watching this every other day, until they come in the mail. Thanks for sharing bro. Next time I'm in Florida, I'm gonna need my edge up like that #NoPushBacks #NoWhiteWalls #StopTheMadness 😂
You're a very caring and considerate girlfriend to be doing that.🙌🏽🔥 Salute to women like you who care enough to take action like that with their man's grooming.💯
Thank you so much! I’m a single mom with a toddler so I’m trying to figure out how to cut his hair on my own and this really helped!

When you do your lineup (especially the edges), are you light on the touch?
What brush are you using to clean up while cutting?
