My twin boys passed away, knocked me on my butt to say the least. God will give you strength to move forward, lean on him. Also he will bring people across your path in the future going through similar situations and you will be able to help them move forward when no one else can, because you’ve been knocked down, but you got back up. Keep moving forward brother
This one really got to me , nearly lost my daughter 2 months ago from car accident she had ... she was thrown from the car 75 feet , life flighted to hospital... for first time in my life i felt helpless , sparked a fear in me i never had before... heads fukd but working it out , my work is where i get my head level

Real problem hit me...3 years back when my beloved mother passed away due to an train accident, 50 m away from home... Still hard today, but I never give up on the gym, contrary, my shape was improving. Stay strong all of you, brothers in irons!💪

In Feb 2012 I lost my adopted father, only father i had known since I was 4. In June of that same year I was diagnosed with cancer. Being a single father, yea I had a FN problem. My son lost his grandfather and finds out his dad was dying. Because of him Im still here. I owe a great deal to my son, more then he could understand and he is now 27. Has a family of his own. I shut my self off to the world till 2 yrs ago, again thanks to him. Back in the gym training together and i am fully recovered from all my shit. Strange how that works, I had the problem and he did the real work. He didnt even know it. Seth you are an incredible motivator and your no BS attitude is off the charts. Dont stop you have done and still are doing amzing things. Thank you.

I'm sitting in the gym parking lot and I'm fixing to go in there and FUCK SHIT UP! I've lost two of my best friends, watched one die a traumatic death and I could not save him no matter how hard I tried. Also lost my first son at 6 months old and now all my family are passing away left and right... Im fighting brother! This helped, from the bottom of my heart I thank you...👊💪💯
I lost my mom 3 years and as bad as I wanted to quite I kept fighting yo go to work and enjoy life. But I knew she wouldn't let me quite and a year later my son was born. Now I have Two reasons to push harder and be a better me

I came back to this video after my dad was diagnosed with rectal and lung cancer, it’s so true that traumatic experiences are so hard to work through, especially when made public. But all one can do is keep pushing, and this video is a reminder of that. Thank you Seth and Jordan Metz for this video, it truly helped me. 🤍
