    I am now 53 with muscle wasting blood cancer but I still work out 5 to 6 days a week some days it's hard won't lie even the doctor can't believe I work out but I won't give up my goal is to get back to 198 right now I am 169 to 171 but I will reach my goal.

      I have some bad blood markers,though not diagnosed for Cancer, the doctor's tell me they don't know what my blood means. No matter what I fight on, there is no other choice but straight . I wish you the best

    Im now 61 and watching these clips ,i just do short light work outs ,but still love watching the worlds best in action ,,i started lifting in my teens here in Australia, but the passion never leaves you ....

    Well I have been doing gym for 5 years and it is like heaven going to gym .
    You put a bar down on ground and croos it by walking and imagine the behind steps was me before running my life and the man standing that croos the bar is the new me with passion and desire to do the thing he has imagined to do.

    I am 64 been working out over 40 years I still working out trying to stay Healthy and Big. Have Heart problems but I still workout 5 to 6 days a week because I love the weights and lifting got me through life problems and kept me sane lol

    Im 52 years young..Its been two years now that im back in the gym after a 26 year long break, Im squating close to 700lbs for reps and have 22inch arms , Not on gear yet. I train 3x as hard as i did when i was younger..Im still gaining

    SoI am going on 49. It ain't a reason to quit. Iwanted to do this ever since I was 16. Always had excuses. I started in june 2021. Nothing will stop me now ( but the fact that the gyms are shut down because of covid measures kinda sucks and feels like a stick in my wheels. ) I have a home gym, but it is far from complete. Will do the best I can with what's at hand I guess.
