Warrants typically don't ever expire. If a warrant is placed on you within the statute of limitations then you will still face those charges regardless of how old they are. Once the limitations pass they can't press new charges.
Risking other people’s lives is the real problem. He wants to risk his own, fine, but at 170mph, if he hits someone he could seriously hurt or kill them.

What is his speed? How do you know his speedometer was correct? You don't!!! Police officers must have their vehicle speedometers calibrated every 6 months and if you don't present it in court, the ticket will be dismissed.... period. Nobody that I know of ever calibrates their vehicle speedometers. Speedometers are often inaccurate, which is the reason courts require police departments to have all vehicles calibrated if you intend on writing a ticket based off of pacing a vehicle's speed. A good traffic attorney will dispel the validity of each and every charge, and the only thing the rider will be responsible for is attorney cost. Some may say, what about the video? Can we say video editing 101. Police being concerned with public safety is a joke because we all know of the unnecessary reckless police chases over simple traffic infractions which resulted in the death of many citizens. Before you judge, make damn sure you're perfect!!!
Are you a criminal defense attorney? Would-be debunkers have expended a fair amount of effort commenting -- how many will pay attention to the outcome? Dietzmann is likely to answer to the charges and accept whatever offer is made to him by prosecutors in exchange for a guilty plea, like most criminal defendants. He could mount a defense and conceivably be acquitted of all seven misdemeanor charges, but I rather doubt that will be the outcome. The alternative to these resolutions is that he not answer to the charges, in which case Texas will suspend his license indefinitely. He could move to one of the six states that are not parties to the Non-Resident Violators Compact/Driver License Agreement; I don't know whether he could be licensed there.

As long as he stays out of Colorado until the statute of limitations expires he's safe from them, none of the charges are felonies and nobody extradites for misdemenors. This might get the Texas authorities looking a little more closely into his activities in Texas though. Just because he's not in danger of extradition doesn't mean Texas won't come after him for shit he's done in Texas. colorado is famous for going on witch hunts, donald trump comes to mind......he is fine unless he is pulled over in Colorado
