You forget how dangerous those speeds are and how fatal a crash is, I know they are not suicidal they just love the adrenalin rush.... Its lets you forget all the dangers. My mate just crashed because of speeding, he broke everthing and he almost died, ALL that for a little fun... Now we cannot ride this hole year and it outweights the positives of speeding so much. We cannot have a good times we normally would have experienced... I think its fair. You are willing to risk other peoples lives for you own fun... think about it. I was in the same mind before my guy crashed, it all lightened my eyes. Before I was speeding like I have 2 lives, was wreckless and still... This was a good topic that needs to be discussed more. I been riding 11 years. About 6 years ago I ran. Got arrested. By the time I got to the chp station they had a laptop out with all my instagram posts. Officers name dropping my friends and fiancé. I met the instagram task force. And was given felony evasion. They tried to charge me for all my videos online. And to squeel on my friends I was with. I lawyerd up and kept silent. 6 days in jail got felony evasion dropped to 1000 dollar fine. 4 points on my record. And misdemeanor I’m working on wiping clean that’s still effecting me get into a job in my desired feild of study with a damn medical degree. They had originally been building a case on me from my insta post and my @ tag on my bikes. Be smart boys. I remember sitting in jail thinking this isn’t how it happens on instagram. I pulled off the highway to loose em in the suburbs hit a dead end and turned around to a 9mm and shotty pointed at my face gave up 😢
Yeah, nobody’s trying to talk about all that stuff. I swear half the people that say they run from cops and get away all the time on a daily basis, or just lying for clout. I’ve personally seen how hard they go after you and all the Intel they collect afterwards. They took at least 20 to 30 pictures of my bike my helmet, my riding jacket, anything they could. Figured I’d let everyone know this not all flowers and roses like half the influencers would lead you to believe. Half of them run no plate and then pull over. 😂

I've only ran around 4 times, and because I'm on a ninja 400 I've gotten away with speeding through ally ways in neighborhoods but I will say it's not fun. Had me scared to go home and I ended up sitting in some random neighborhood for an hour or 2. Probably shouldn't have run but I did and I couldn't go back so it is what it is. I don't run from the cops anymore because it's just too risky and I'd rather take a ticket then risk going to jail after just graduating highschool 😂
Dude i did it kn my 300, and was cocky up until the next day, when i woke up. I was like brother I did some stupid shit. Sold my bike a week later. I don't trust myself to not do it again. I plan on getting a cruiser later on so I'm more relaxed with my riding style. Stay safe out there.

I don't want to ride above my skillet and get myself or another person killed. It's like you said. It's just not worth. God's blessed me from not going down in the two years I've been riding, and the fact I was able to evade and not get caught. Glad you were able to make it out of this as you did man. At 25 years old I can't see myself throwing my life away for an adrenaline rush.

I've been in his shoes, was early 20's young n dumb and my friends ran. so did i. I went down a dead end and turned around to guns pointed at me. my friend was doing 130mph home from work. he was hanging his riding jacket in this garage and 4 squad cars showed up and the helicopter was circling. helli had been following for ten miles. my co worker said he ran with dealership plates. police looked up the dealer found the only R1 sold by them recently. matched the bike to dash cam and freeway cameras matched his helmet and jacket randomly showed up at his place... he had ditched his old helmet and jacket after running cause he had a gut feeling. cops searched the place couldn't find the helmet or jacket and it wasn't enough to stick but they had him within inches.when I was running and doing 136mph I remember looking back and seeing the officer also doing 135mph and could see the whites of his eyes he was so close. when he was cuffing me he told me " your lucky we got you now I got your plate I woulda been at your house in an hour and it woulda been worse.... there are lots of ways. im 36. its been about 15 years since police only used crown Vics that top out at 120mph and there are traffic cameras that can literally track your movements. its not 2001 anymore. there are many ways. and take your insta handle off your vehicles duh.@@DanJanucik
first offense was 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. i got super lucky and only got 5 years deferred felony probation 500 hrs of community service anger management classes psychiatric evaluation 250$ fine it was a huge relief when they offered me that especially since the guy that went literally right in front of me got sentenced to 40 years.
After watching the video I clicked that sub button so fast. This is one of the realest convos ever. thank you for sharing ur story so others can learn from it.
I can tell you first hand what happens when you run and get caught later on: they’ll write you for every charge under the sun things you didn’t even know existed such as bald tires just petty things such as that, they’ll take you to jail . And you’ll have million of court dates to go to and tickets worth up to 5k in fines. Now for legal reasons I never ran nor was I the driver because my case is still on going but that’s what happen and I’m fighting to get the charges dismissed. I pray they actually catch who did it 🙏. To add on more details they put me in the worse jail my state had to offer it was over pack the food was as nasty as you could imagine. The toilet was always clogged and it’s just a mess over all . It’s the most boring thing ever to sit in jail. And we got so bored we started playing foot ball with a sock it’s just not a fun thing. I woke up before the arrest and was surrounded by like 8 different cop cars. They didn’t even let me put my clothes on and you beat believe they put the cuffs on super tight. Slap me with over 15 charges. But as stated before case is still on going and I’m taking it to trial and I hope they actually catch who did it because I’m innocent 🙏 and all that

Thanks for the video man, I haven’t started riding yet but I’m planning to in the future. It’s hard to stay away from the stunt riding videos because they look thrilling especially for someone young like me but these videos will definitely make me think twice before doing something stupid.
There’s nothing wrong with stunting when done right. I honestly would learn to stunt but I’m 41 and don’t feel like hitting the ground 😂 I thought about stunting or my 636 though. When done in a lot stunting is actually pretty safe… at least as safe as it’s gonna get cuz eventually you and the bike will see the ground

You don’t normally see the down sides to running when you have TH-cams making content out of it almost on the daily. This video is definitely reality check for anyone wanting to live a street racing lifestyle
the consequences are real, you shouldnt do it if you arent willing to deal with them. but you can reduce your risk greatly. always be reg'd/insured/licensed but keep your plate under your seat not displayed. never shit where you sleep if you live in any semblance of a small town, pull over and take the improper display fix it ticket. take fairings off and dont ride that bike for 2 months, dont self snitch on instagram, have several sets of gear to mix and match, no big identifiable stickers on bike, never antagonize cops beyone getting away bc all you're doing is giving them more reason to come find you. just keep it rubber side down and dont ride beyond your abilities, and dont risk it if you arent confident in yourself and your bike. glad youve turned your life around and are willing to admit fault, stay safe
It’s a GoPro hero 11 with a chin mount (google it they are awesome) and I don’t remember the mic but it’s a standard aux plug in mic I installed in my helmet. And yeah don’t run it’s not worth it if you get caught bro. Even if you do get away, they have the full description of you and your bike and they will be looking for you.
If you can scratch up the bread for the attorney it’s in your best interest. If not just know what you’re willing to accept and fight for it yourself cuz public pretenders don’t give a damn
i did 1 year in jail for running, just got out of jail 3 weeks ago, got 2 years of additional probation, multiple reckless drivings, over 3000 in fines aswell as getting a felony on my record at 18 years old. its not worth it unless you are doing or have something else, i would much rather pay to get my bike out the impound anyday. be safe yall

Just pull over. Be polite and sometimes they'll let you off easy, or if they're rough w you then be respectful but give em hell. APPROPRIATELY! it's legal for you to ask questions. It's legal for you to ask badge number, what they're pulling you over for, you can request their radar calibration, personally I'll take any chance to inconvenience a cop IF they're the type to pull over any bike just bc it's a bike, or the type to ask "So who's your friend?" and not believe you even if you genuinely dont know them! But if you were in the wrong and you all know it...Take the ticket. Get a lawyer, take a class. It's worth it in the end.
Heres the thing if you have a black bike with a black helmet there's no way they can track you, also if your already going like over 100 there's no point in pulling over especially if you have a full or close to full tank
For the most part I agree with you. Just always keep in mind that sometimes stuff happens and if you don’t get away you just caught a felony instead of whatever misdemeanor you would have originally had. I got away when I ran, they found me afterwards cuz I’m kinda a dumbass sometimes 😂
Sorry to hear you got caught, good luck on your endeavors. I will continue to drop a gear but for those that are worried you will get caught, save yourself the trouble. The ones that run know the risks, and for the changing color stuff or painting your bike differently, I haven't done that. Anytime I see a cop they don't bother me. Maybe it's different in your area, good luck once again, ride safe. I'd also like to note I have pulled over and each time I have the cop has thanked me for stopping, they do not pursue you once you get away like you think. Maybe in your town its different but where I am the cops know they don't want to waste their time on that.

i had to go to court for reckless driving, got caught doing a wheelie. 200 bucks for community service, went to court like 3 times. 14 hours of community service. it was annoying and it costs money. its never worth it.
I pulled over after getting clocked at 112 in a 45 ripping wheelie out of a turn but only because traffic was stacked. He was nice and recognized me from running before. My 5 charges dropped to illegal passing.

Haha I ran from the cops 3 times in one night and they blocked off the road that I lived on, at 3am next day I hopped back on and passed many even stopped at a light behind one and nothing. Then I sold it a couple weeks later.

Apparently, you’ve never dealt with many lawyers. They are habitually late. Yeah he made me a little mad with that, but then he got me probation on my fifth felony, which is almost impossible. Not to mention it is now deferred, which means if I complete the Probation it’s off my record. Let’s put it this way if they used my criminal record against me because of Texas law, I was facing a life sentence. So overall, he did pretty good but lawyers will be lawyers.
Yes. That being said when I insisted he got me a really good deal. Once you’ve been to prison usually probation isn’t even in the conversation if you commit another felony.
Yes, my plate was bent up to where you couldn’t read it. And my bike is pretty distinct. Also my dumb azz didn’t run far enough so there’s that. There’s a no chase law here and I maybe took it a little too seriously

It's like someone who is allergic to sea-food make a video about what to expect when anaphylactic shock sets in and then pops a couple of shrimp onto their plates saying "the first sensation is the scratchy tongue and a slight tingling sensation in your cheeks". I have personal experience with a family member that was put through the legal wringer, imprisoned, ect... it's not fun to do, I imagine. It's also not fun to worry about your brother being in prison instead of focusing on your or their high-school exams... might I suggest crochet? Maybe the high-octane world of knitting if crocheting is too slow-paced for you.

I can tell you first hand what happens when you run and get caught later on: they’ll write you for every charge under the sun things you didn’t even know existed such as bald tires just petty things such as that, they’ll take you to jail . And you’ll have million of court dates to go to and tickets worth up to 5k in fines. Now for legal reasons I never ran nor was I the driver because my case is still on going but that’s what happen and I’m fighting to get the charges dismissed. I pray they actually catch who did it 🙏. To add on more details they put me in the worse jail my state had to offer it was over pack the food was as nasty as you could imagine. The toilet was always clogged and it’s just a mess over all . It’s the most boring thing ever to sit in jail. And we got so bored we started playing foot ball with a sock it’s just not a fun thing. I woke up before the arrest and was surrounded by like 8 different cop cars. They didn’t even let me put my clothes on and you beat believe they put the cuffs on super tight. Slap me with over 15 charges. But as stated before case is still on going and I’m taking it to trial and I hope they actually catch who did it because I’m innocent 🙏 and all that

I'd take that 6 years. If nothing else, not working for 2-3 years is a massive amount of money lost, especially with legal fees and a family.

There’s nothing wrong with stunting when done right. I honestly would learn to stunt but I’m 41 and don’t feel like hitting the ground 😂 I thought about stunting or my 636 though. When done in a lot stunting is actually pretty safe… at least as safe as it’s gonna get cuz eventually you and the bike will see the ground

the consequences are real, you shouldnt do it if you arent willing to deal with them. but you can reduce your risk greatly. always be reg'd/insured/licensed but keep your plate under your seat not displayed. never shit where you sleep if you live in any semblance of a small town, pull over and take the improper display fix it ticket. take fairings off and dont ride that bike for 2 months, dont self snitch on instagram, have several sets of gear to mix and match, no big identifiable stickers on bike, never antagonize cops beyone getting away bc all you're doing is giving them more reason to come find you. just keep it rubber side down and dont ride beyond your abilities, and dont risk it if you arent confident in yourself and your bike.

It’s a GoPro hero 11 with a chin mount (google it they are awesome) and I don’t remember the mic but it’s a standard aux plug in mic I installed in my helmet. And yeah don’t run it’s not worth it if you get caught bro. Even if you do get away, they have the full description of you and your bike and they will be looking for you.

i did 1 year in jail for running, just got out of jail 3 weeks ago, got 2 years of additional probation, multiple reckless drivings, over 3000 in fines aswell as getting a felony on my record at 18 years old. its not worth it unless you are doing or have something else, i would much rather pay to get my bike out the impound anyday. be safe yall

Just pull over. Be polite and sometimes they'll let you off easy, or if they're rough w you then be respectful but give em hell. APPROPRIATELY! it's legal for you to ask questions. It's legal for you to ask badge number, what they're pulling you over for, you can request their radar calibration, personally I'll take any chance to inconvenience a cop IF they're the type to pull over any bike just bc it's a bike, or the type to ask "So who's your friend?" and not believe you even if you genuinely dont know them! But if you were in the wrong and you all know it...Take the ticket. Get a lawyer, take a class. It's worth it in the end.
Heres the thing if you have a black bike with a black helmet there's no way they can track you, also if your already going like over 100 there's no point in pulling over especially if you have a full or close to full tank
For the most part I agree with you. Just always keep in mind that sometimes stuff happens and if you don’t get away you just caught a felony instead of whatever misdemeanor you would have originally had. I got away when I ran, they found me afterwards cuz I’m kinda a dumbass sometimes 😂

Sorry to hear you got caught, good luck on your endeavors. I will continue to drop a gear but for those that are worried you will get caught, save yourself the trouble. The ones that run know the risks, and for the changing color stuff or painting your bike differently, I haven't done that. Anytime I see a cop they don't bother me. Maybe it's different in your area, good luck once again, ride safe. I'd also like to note I have pulled over and each time I have the cop has thanked me for stopping, they do not pursue you once you get away like you think. Maybe in your town its different but where I am the cops know they don't want to waste their time on that.

i had to go to court for reckless driving, got caught doing a wheelie. 200 bucks for community service, went to court like 3 times. 14 hours of community service. it was annoying and it costs money. its never worth it.

I pulled over after getting clocked at 112 in a 45 ripping wheelie out of a turn but only because traffic was stacked. He was nice and recognized me from running before. My 5 charges dropped to illegal passing.

If running warrants 3 years, I’d hate to see what the charge for actually putting your hands on someone and causing harm. Like punching someone in the face just did more damage than your entire chase, is that 15 years? Probably just depends on if the judge is in a good mood or not knowing Texas.

No, it’s even dumber than that. They have a no chase law here so after I got away from them, I pulled over to text my wife and tell her I was OK because she had seen the whole thing go down. I guess I didn’t expect him to look for me afterwards. 😂

Apparently, you’ve never dealt with many lawyers. They are habitually late. Yeah he made me a little mad with that, but then he got me probation on my fifth felony, which is almost impossible. Not to mention it is now deferred, which means if I complete the Probation it’s off my record. Let’s put it this way if they used my criminal record against me because of Texas law, I was facing a life sentence. So overall, he did pretty good but lawyers will be lawyers.

It's like someone who is allergic to sea-food make a video about what to expect when anaphylactic shock sets in and then pops a couple of shrimp onto their plates saying "the first sensation is the scratchy tongue and a slight tingling sensation in your cheeks". I have personal experience with a family member that was put through the legal wringer, imprisoned, ect... it's not fun to do, I imagine. It's also not fun to worry about your brother being in prison instead of focusing on your or their high-school exams... might I suggest crochet? Maybe the high-octane world of knitting if crocheting is too slow-paced for you.

I respect it to a degree but I am also aware that TH-cam does not reward (very well) contemplative and slow content... it rewards inflammatory acts and stupidity... and being on youtube will not cool your instincts which led you to five felonies.
