I have to agree with you 100% on this review. I recently traded in my 05 GMC Sierra 1500 4x4 for a new Ram 1500 Big Horn crew cab 4x4 and I love it! There is no comparison in trucks. I've been impressed with every aspect of the Ram and after a week I keep finding cool little features, like last night, both front windows will roll down with the unlock button on the key fob. I probably won't use that much but its adds to the fun of ownership =] Well done Ram!

Great review! I have the same truck (but in Crew Cab) and love it!! The only thing I wish I had was a backup camera. Looking into having one put in at some point.
So, I bought a used 2011 1500 quad cab. So far, I'm loving it. I've had it five days, and have put 800 miles on it already. :)

great video I got a 2012 ram 1500 crew cab and I just enjoy driving my truck to work and how as well as just to cruise in general, love it. it took some getting used to since I had only driven fords, and chevys but I didn't feel very comfortable driving them especially my old ford.

This is a vary nice truck. my moms friend has one but blue and its the best truck iv driven im looking to buy one my self. and keep up the good work this was the best review iv found on any truck.

You don't have to get the center counsel to get two storage bins and the inverter. Mine is the 6 passenger version and I have 2 storage bins in the fold down center piece, both bins are hugh and hold much more than the bucket seat version. I also have the 115 watt inverter. The inverter is very common in Dodge vehicles. My 2007 Dodge Nitro had one.

Nice truck! How is it with the car seats in the rear of your quad cab? Totally cramped, or not to bad at all? Do you wish you got the crew cab? I ask because I have a newborn on the way and am currently torn between buying a crew cab for the space or a quad cab for the functionality. Any input would be great!
For the head unit, did you really want one w/U-Connect?? I have a head unit from an '09 Ram for sale if you'd like to purchase it. It's the same set-up as the current one you have now, so you wouldn't have to cut/splice wires to make it work. Has that extra feature though. I think the only additional thing you'd have to purchase would just be the speaker that mounts onto the upper part of your A-pillar; which obviously just plugs into the back of the head unit itself. I'm currently selling it for $60 if you'd be interested. Still in perfect working order/condition.
So, you've had the truck for a few months. Are you still loving it? I'm in the market for a new truck, and am currently leaning toward the 2013 RAM 1500 Big Horn. I was raised in a Chevy household, so this almost feels dirty. :)

They import these things to Australian and charge over $100,000 by the time they are converted to Right Hand Drive. Ouch. But I still want one..

Very nice truck man. I have always been a chevy person. But it is true everything thing they offer in there trucks is out dated. I think dodge has taken there spot as best truck.
i wish,(the radio) instead of an internal hdd it used an sd card
Are you sure this is a 2012? My key fob has just "RAM" instead of dodge...
Get a bed liner worth it else you have a nice truck and beat up box
