Once recommendation with the tank is to buy an inline filter head fixture with barbed fittings and add it to the the line and mount in a place that suits. I would install a water separator fuel filter. I used to have a water captor 70 / 30 I believe but have since upgraded to a full pumping system.
Great video nice to see the turf going in. Reminds me of the lorry axel trailers we used to cart it home on with a wee 35. Great improvement on the diesel tank to. 😊
Great job declan some load of turf 👍👍see ya sorted micheal with his barrier just wondering if u ever used a 2 in 1 mig arc welder circuit board fryed im my mig as was thinking of getting one be handier for doing repairs like that lot smaller wonder are they any good
No ive only had seperate machines my mig welder since before junior cert haha and i picked up a small inverter stick welder at the ploughing few years back. A machine made to have multiple uses will never be as good as a dedicated machine but maybe im wrong. get a mig if you can do most repairs indoors stick otherwise
Hy Declan, you heat with peat!? I think that's really great and traditional! This smell when heating is very unique, that's what I like about it! Greetings!!
Twas a quick job, tipped into town for a hose to replace the old one and got it back up on the wall same day never had a filter on it before but sure ill have think and maybe I add it later
@@IDoAgriwould seriously consider putting a filter on it. Them old plastic tanks gather gunge from the diesel in the bottom of it… uncle had similar tank… 3 inches of dirt in bottom of it after 20 years of us
@@IDoAgriDeclan also get something on your wall so the hose will be hanging towards the ground or you’ll get water and moisture down that from out of the wall. Good job
@JamesMcAlea I get ya but look that tank was up there 20 years or more for us and we had no issues and now its freshly cleaned. Ill look into it but its not something im too worried about...

Mix a bit of timber with the turf and make it last a bit longer. 🖒
I'm gonna buy either the Solis 50 or a Lovol 504, honestly the Solis looks much more solid. How did you like it?
