- Today I'm doing an apartment renovation of 17 Culpepper House in San Myshuno. I used a lot of platforms to keep the floorplan open but also section-off different areas. The décor is VERY neutral and clean looking. The apartment is made for a fashion influencer or blogger who works from home. I gave her a DREAM office so she could be a productive boss lady at home!

SimLicy does apartments with platforms and she says that it still works to upload them but they don’t keep the platforms heights. She puts a note in the description where the platform are and what levels? Hope you can upload this it is very nice.

I hope EA wises up to allow apartment builds with platforms to be uploaded to the gallery. It’s a bit of a disservice from them not to let that happen.

I loved your job! I prefer more colorful things, but the cream tones with the more colorful details were great. The apartment is clean and cozy.

She said she can’t because she used platforms.
I like the neutral colours. Only concern is that you can see right into the shower from the kitchen and main space because of the glass door. No privacy!
Oh and the clothes racks next to the kitchen would pick up all the food prep and cooking smells. I’m guilty of too much realism for my sims
No harm in having a realistic take on things! I’m guilty of being the complete opposite most of the time and tend to disregard the practicality of things when it comes to the sims 😂 No curtains on the large bathroom window? No problem!! 😂

Hey! I really loved this renovation, but when I tried to place it in my game (through the gallery) it's literally impossible to make it look like yours...from start it won't let me place the whole apartment in its place and it forces me to lose a few walls, even tho I risk it and fill these walls and certain objects by myself, when I try to add the platforms just like u did in ur video, it's completely impossible to add stairs no matter what I do...idk what to do :/ do u know what might be causing this? is it cause u added platforms and stairs from the beggining or do I need to activate some building cheat before placing ur build? thanks so much in advance
Hey! Try pressing “ctrl shift c” to bring up the cheat bar and type “bb.moveobjects” before you place the build. Keep the move objects cheat on while you’re making the modifications and see if that will help :)
