Hope you secure a new flat very soon. Great to hear that you’ve got full time work over the summer. I’d really encourage you to start putting something in your pension sooner rather than later,even if it’s a small amount ,because due to compound interest the money you put in while you’re young grows the most. Be careful what you wish for regarding rent control. They did it in Scotland and that’s one of the parts of the U.K. where rents have risen fastest because the supply has fallen. I don’t know what the answer is.
The full time job over the summer sounds great. Much better than the standard bar work or waitressing. Give yourself some rest in the evenings for a few days before you start uploading to eBay. You deserve a rest first!
I'm gonna do a monty python Yorkshire man comment : when I pulled an all nighter on a uni deadline, I then had to print off submission with a slow ribbon printer which took many hours and then physically hand in the printout at university for the 10am deadline!

Already have a workplace pension that I've had since I was 16, this will be pn top of that
