What a great effort by Haven, Evan, Cole, Aya, Denny.... and the girl you all passed who said you guys were an inspiration 😂.... I get where she is coming from. And she is correct. You guys are fast.
I gotta say, I am a bit jealous of that blue sky, green grass, and clear roads today. Woke up this morning to about 20 cementimetres of snow. Winter made its first real visit with a wet and heavy gift over night. It took me 2 and a half hours to shovel what normally takes me between 20 and 40 minutes. Nasty. I really wish mother nature would learn not to do this after long run Sunday though 😅🤣..... shoveling snow with tired legs and a tired body is no bueno.
Thanks for the inspiration. Everyone is looking strong. Hope everyone enjoys the taper and gets the most benefit out of it that they can. 🙌 All heart❣

Amazing workout, it's been awesome following the build training for CIM as well. I was out there a bit earlier Sunday doing a 20 miler with 13 @ race pace, hope to see you all at CIM.

The elevation in that long run looked like it made things much tougher. Way to grind it out!

Did my 12 miler in the 3rd week of the build. I'm sick of the gels I have, any suggestions? Hating the gu lime flavors. Thanks.

there are so many options out there. we use gu bc it is the most affordable and compact (easy to tuck into race shorts). i recommend experimenting with different brands and flavors - but be sure to know what's in the gel (carb, electrolyte, salt, caffeine) so that you get what you need in your hydration bottle.
