    Correct me if i am wrong, pag nagturo ito si sir sa law School, sya yung tipong nagtuturo talaga for an hour or more, hindi puro recit at surprise quiz, Although Syempre may recit at quiz pa rin

      Tama po kayo. I can’t remember any dull moments with sir during class. You’ll always look forward to each and every class with him. Masaya ka na, dami mo pa natutunan. ♡

      Hi. Thanks for that observation. Ganun nga sa class. I am more concerned na may matutunan ang mga students. I don't believe in recit and quizzes alone. I also make the class atmosphere light and happy. :)

      @@TheHowsofLaw tama yan sir yung ibang students kasi, although yung iba tamad lang talaga, hindi na nakakapagbasa because of some reason (usually work) at may recall po talaga yung lectures.

Haha. I was a product of that too. I was in law school in the late 90's to early 2000's. Pero ibahin na natin ngayon. Pag nagpaquiz or recit ang prof, dapat may adequate guidance at dapat may feedback. Dapat itama ang maling understanding ng students.

    Thank you Atty. I learned 2 tests used in public laws / policies. 👍🏻

      You're welcome. If only our government officials and law enforcers remember these tests all the time. Hehe

    Madami ng ligaw po sa ngalan ng covid 19. Good thing at naitatama nyo sir Atty ang mga bagay bagay kasi madami rin mapagpaniwala sa akala nila ay TAMA.

      Tama po kayo. Ang dami nilang naiisip na mga policy sa ngalan ng Covid-19. They create the fear first so that they can justify whatever rule or regulation they want to implement.

    Pag nasa korte na po ba bawal na po bang mag salita ang nag akosa doon sa akosado? Ano po ba ang pwding ikaso sa nag akosa na sinisiraan nya pa si akosado?

    • @TheHowsofLaw
      @TheHowsofLaw  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Bawal na po kasi nasa court na ang case. I-prove na lang ng nag-akusa ang kaso laban sa akusado. Pag sinisiraan ng nag-akusa ang akusado sa labas ng court, pwede naman kasuhan ng oral defamation or libel ang nag-akusa.

    Sir maiba ako. Naalala nyo po yun tanong na...What is an astronaut? Who has jurisdiction over the outer space? Ano pong sagot dun?

    • @TheHowsofLaw
      @TheHowsofLaw  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Haha. What is outer space yun. That was in the 2003 Bar Exam. There's an International Treaty for that pero di ko naisagot. I just used some motherhood statement. Haha.
