Atty pag ang land na donate na ng may ari tapos namatay n ang may ari ang mga anak kinukuha yung property nalaman n lang pinag donate n binayaran ng mga anak yung tax at according po sa nag verify nagapply daw ng pattent at na approve daw kaya nagawan ng title can this be posible thank u po

So Hindi nsasayang lahat pnahon of all concerned at mktulong Rin in the long run s Courts decision n tama at mButi resulta sa tao concerned in particular case and in general n Rin
But tlaga marami p Po sa mga Batas ptungkol sa property Ang kailangan review at maitama wordings or in more details so iwas kalituhan o ibaiba lawyers' interpretation of the law FYI lang s legislative branch in govt, or executive, or judiciary n Rin to make efforts to make correct laws
🙏Sana nman Po Ang Courts ay Hindi npkatagal mg review all evidences and base on laws ibigay n Court Order will result in 🙏⚖️ fairness, justified and equitable to all parties concerned if by judicial settlement Ang kailangan
