I mean, Hulkenburg can use a sword if you give her the Archetypes for it. That being said, it’s just a figurative speech. Fitting for knighthood. And more than that, Hulkenburg was seen using a sword in a flashback.
I fully understand that she used the sword prior to our meeting, but the character builder in me feels like there's more to why she cast aside the sword in the first place. For instance, did she pick up the spear to keep people at a farther reach because Grius left her alone, and she didn't want to get closer to others as to not feel that pain again? Or, does the sword represent something as well? Swords can be often times be interpreted as a tool of justice. So maybe she casted the sword aside because there was no justice for the prince? It could also be that I am just looking too far into something that didn't need to be looked into. And I think that is fair as well. Also, I do love how you implied the name of the game. Cause a Metaphor is a figure of speech, and I just find that fascinating. Just like how the sword can be a metaphor for justice...
