I can see why people wouldn't warm to Soccer Mommy, but she's channeling that Juliana Hatfield, 'Hey Babe', dirge sound that is very pleasing to some, myself included.
Because today's idiotic youth love auto tune trash. This is such a great song and I'm so glad I have XM radio and heard it. Will be buying her vinyls.

There's many songs out there that encompass and describe depression, this is by far, imo, the best one. I relate to every lyric and your voice, even in describing the sadness and stuck darkness of the debilitating mental low, is so beautiful and true that I can listen to it when I'm depressed and feel happy, or happy and feel even happier that I'm never alone.
How come I missed this one while I was growing up. Listened to this in The Rookie and now I'm here!

my sister died in 2016 due to liver cancer and that day was really sunny, a complete contrast to what everyone felt when she passed away. i saw this album 4 years ago but never really cared about it.
