Sorry to stay but stay I'm dso past 5yrs ...current rent for 1bhk is 40 to 55...2bhk is 60 to 80

Hi rental is gone really high now a days in silicon oasis because of high demand. Still the area is reasonable as compared to other luxury areas of dubai which has the same standard.

Depends on area if you choose international city 1 bed will cost you 30k AED per year and if you choose silicon oasis it will cost you 40 to 45k AED per year

It’s yearly but depends upon the contract understanding individually some contracts required you to pay after every 3 months or bimonthly or even you can make request for monthly too. But the rent I mentioned it’s yearly.
