Does anyone else see the man moving his hands back and forth
That makes the horse put his/her head down

Yes, he was giving the horse a head set.

watchgoose he was definitely not overbent. I for one absolutely know what overbent looks like, and this was not it. Maybe at some points he got a tad bit bent over, but for the most part he had a comfortable headset.

@@philipumbel8889 he shouldn't have his mouth open or be unable to control his saliva, this horse wasn't comfortable, he didn't even give over jumps.

@@valeriexx3284 Saliva production is actually a really good thing, it means the horse has accepted the bit and is happy and relaxed during the work. In horses that are tense or have bad posture, the salivary duct is inhibited and their mouth dries out. Regarding your other point, he has very soft hands with a fantastic seat and posture, if the horse extends their neck more over the jump he is able to give more. These jumps are tiny and a massive shape isn't necessary, watch him over bigger fences and that's when he gives with the reins more:)

You should be giving over jumps, not pulling.

just because the release isnt massive does not mean there is pulling. he is using a more educated release, an automatic and following hand. look it up, i believe Bernie Traurig has some videos detailing what an auto release is.
