I lived in Santa Cruz County for over 40 years. The entrance to Henry Cowell Redwood Grove with the first swimming hole and Fall Creek are familiar to me. I never did find Garden of Eden although I heard about it for years! Nice video. Thanks for the memories (I moved to Mt. Shasta four years ago).
Fall Creek is cool. I lived in Forest Lakes and once did an over night up by the barrel mill, and the Pelton wheel. Back in the 60's I was there AFTER the hippies wrecked the quarry buildings and were arrested. Man that was a crazy couple of years!
You need to park at the visitor center parking. Best to get a map and ask the park ranger. The park ranger can easily point you there. Best way to get there is to walk along the rail road until you get to a spot that has trash cans. Another way is to ask people going in opposite direction "how far to swimming hole". Most will tell you how far you are from the swimming hole.
Indeed it is a nice place to explore. I was early into the pandemic without much understanding of covid-19. I wore a mask everywhere lol. Now it feels just like a flu
I recommend Garden of Eden. You can access it from the main parking lot. The hike is pretty easy only 2 miles each way. It can be a little crowded an hectic with all the high school and college students.
Nice!!! Thank you for filming and having fun so we can watch and then go visit one day😄

Beautiful location, not sure why you're wearing a mask outside in the woods when no one is around! Strange!

Why do you have a mask on in the woods?
lots of people wear during the pandemic lockdown
