I really appreciate the level of compassion (for lack of a better word) that you conveyed in your adoration and fondness for this car, and how much better it is to navigate in an automobile of this quality as opposed to another car with the same distinction; I now have evidence that I'm not crazy and my enthusiasm is shared by many others!
I never really could get behind the Panamera, especially the first generation. The facelift did it some good, but the wagon version completely changed my mind. Put the Panamera Sport Turismo 4S on the cool list. I love it.
I agree... the Sport Turismo is for me the only cool and good looking Panamera, even with the new generation... The sedans just don't do it for me; would never consider the sedan, only the ST version...
I just love any Porsche. Even the 914 and 924. The 914 is actually the car that made me love Porsche so much and was the car that gave me my introduction to the world of Porsche.
I loved your passion! I also loved your passion for sport wagons. Unfortunately 1 in 10 in US and 1 in 5 in Europe was not enough to sustain the sport Turismo body style for the 2024 MY major refresh. Too bad. The sport Turismo body style is stunning. That is why I rushed to buy the 2023 ST when I heard Porsche was dropping the ST for 2024MY. I hope they will bring it back for their Gen 3 Panamera in the future!

Im looking at getting one of these in the next few months, I am trying to figure out car seat setups for the rear. I have 2 6 year olds in car seats and a 2 year old I wanted to put in the middle seat like you have, this is the only image I’ve seen of one with a car seat in the middle.
Awesome review. I have an 18 Panmera Turbo. Just an fyi, the only way to change the track on the steering wheel is to assign the diamond button to (next track)
@@TheHooniverse Yeah there is a bunch of different configurable options for that button, suspension lift being one of them. I just use the seek track so much, that is what I have it set to. Again great review, love your energy!!!!

@@sportturismo_4s No doubt sport turismo 4s is my favorite so far. My picks are 1. Porsche sport turismo 4s. 2. Audi SQ8 coming soon. 3. Audi RS6 Avant coming soon. I live in NYC, too many potholes here. I currently drive audi s5 which is a great daily driver, but replaced 2 rims, and 4 tires already due to potholes. Maybe SQ8 is better for New York road? Hopefully Jeff can do reviews on SQ8 and RS6 Avant when available.
@@aaronchoi1987 I live in North Jersey and have gotten around fine with 21 inch rims. If you are going to get a specced out car, I'd suggest going with only the 19 or 20 inch rims. Porsche also offers a wheel and tire insurance for 4-5 years which has come clutch for me
Will be my next car. I hope, lol. Maybe get a 2018 in 2022. I have a Kia stinger now, which is great. I actually use all the cargo space for my construction company as well as carrying motorcycle racing stuff. Have a trailer hitch on it.

My business is starting to do better than when I was in minnesnowta but I had to sell my 21’ camaro and my wife’s 20’ outback to do it. Business is getting better, this year I should be able to start saving again.

Happy to hear Audi is considering bring the RS6 to the states. I think it would be a better buy for the money but styling wise idk who does it better. You either going for sharper angles or more bulbous styling .

Actually, the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid ST is better than the 4S (re: 4:10 mark) because you get more hp and torque for less money, and it's way more fun with the electric motor supplying power to all four wheels along with the ICE...

Hum...expecting a thinking person to believe as a kid you aspired to own a Mercedes station wagon is difficult at best....I'm not saying you did not, only it is such a low probability event, that without evidence supporting such, I cannot bring myself to believe you. That said, I thoroughly enjoyed the review.
Nowadays the vehicles I aspire to are Ford Raptor and Chevy Tahoe RST with 6.2 engine or Ford Expedition with twin turbo EcoBoost. This Porsche feels and looks so low and yesterday, fit for those still trying to prove something. For men, buy a Raptor, Expedition or Tahoe RST.
I've never understood why anybody needs a heating steering wheel, seriously. If it's below zero, just wear gloves. I don't have problems even below zero wearing no gloves on an unheated steering wheel...
Automotive journalists love this station wagon thing but consumers are totally ignoring this thing. The Panamera is absolutely the best super sedan you can buy. My 2018 Panamera is phenomenal in quality and performance every day!

Yep, I figured that out later - I think you can set it for suspension lift though too, correct?

I have the 4s. I've put nearly 20k miles on the car and it's been amazing! Definitely one of the better looking wagons on the road today

I’d love to see the Audi RS6 come back to the US. It’s been 16 years since we’ve had one. I’d also love to see it in Avant and Saloon body styles.

wrong. It is 800 pounds heavier and apparently has a spongy pedal feel.
