Dina, I could never listen to an audio book until I started knitting. I would get distracted and have to back up because I would zone out. Knitting keeps me in the moment so I can listen with intention.

10,000 steps a day minimum. When I’m knitting with my watch on it counts it as walking 😂😂 so now I have to take it off before I knit
I am laughing so hard. I noticed this too and now I remove my watch (NO CHEATING😂)

I can relate. A lot of playback and rewind with out knitting. I did however find I need a mindless knit or a simple pattern committed to memory
