As a native brit I want to say that the Neptune's Net restaurant in Malibu blew me away with its fish and chips! LA is wonderful and I'll be back again soon.
Love this Tony! Thanks for sharing! Can’t wait to move to LA one day! It’s my favorite place and I’ve decided to move there in the future 🙏🏿
I really like Los Feliz. Someday I hope to make it my new residence in the future. I want to hike up to the Griffith Conservatory, walk the winding streets and admire the Spanish and Mediterranean architecture.
I was personally drawn to Socal. I visited new step Grandparents in Orange County when I was 10 years old, and it changed my life. The landscape was so alien and yet, I dreamt about it for years after that visit. The choice was a no-brainer.
I've lived in So Cal, Mexico, Hawaii, and NoCal. I will take So Cal any day!
Fantastic video. Visiting to check out neighborhoods end of April, and planning a move early 2026. I appreciate your efforts.
Glad it was helpful!
When it comes to LA's architectural variety, I cringe when I think of what was lost in early January. Two historic properties I've just learned more about, the Will Rogers house in Pacific Palisades & the McNally house in Altadena make it mandatory that people overseeing the city, region & state get their act together. The high winds weren't preventable, but the magnitude of the destruction probably was.
Hello Tony, I love your videos. Have you ever talked about the southern counties of L.A.? (Even if they don't belong to L.A.)
Do you have any tips or advice for e.g. Manhattan Beach, Huntington Beach or Newport Beach? Are there any differences compared to Santa Monica, for example?
Many thanks and greetings from Berlin/Germany.
Hi. I've not yet made any videos in Manhattan, Redondo, or Hermosa Beaches (part of LA County), but they are on my list to create. I won't be creating any videos on this channel for Huntington or Newport Beaches as they are in Orange County. We serve clients from Seattle to San Diego, but this channel is specifically for LA County.
I've heard some TH-camrs say that LA can be lonely for new residents despite being a large city -- has that been your experience as well?
I've lived in several cities and you could say that about any one of them. Isolation isn't unique to Los Angeles. FWIW, I've never had a problem meeting people and finding fun. Building a network depends on who you are and your willingness to take a few risks.
@@Tony.Mariotti agree 100%
i love la but one word.......TRAFFIC
Is this post fire?
This was filmed before the fire. I usually have three or four videos loaded to TH-cam a few weeks in advance. I paused all publishing due to the fire and am now releasing them.
@ yes please post more advice relating to fire because there are many individuals like myself who have dreamed of moving to LA but after fire I am wondering if that is still feasible and/or what has changed or will change as a result if I move there will LA even be the same? Please cover all of these in your next videos thank you.
