I just got done smashing my sandwich. It was absolutely delicious. I did substitute corn flour for corn starch. I wanted to post my pictures but I don't know how. I used 7 grain Ezekiel bread instead and I added tomatoes because in my world, a sandwich is not a sandwich without tomatoes, lol!! Thanks Rachel, such a great recipe!!!

This might take some working out but how about seeing if you can get your guests to do a Rachel's Celebrity Cook Off? Give 2 guests at a time ingredients and instructions for that weeks recipe and see what happens. You will have to prepare one to compare against. Just a thought.

I love, love your channel and how informative the content is. Your meals are always so versatile and never boring. All your dishes always look delicious!! I just recently just started the vegan lifestyle but I am thinking about incorporating fish into my diet because I want to make that my body is getting everything it needs because I have a hard time eating. I normally start my day with a herbal tea and have my meal between 4-6pm, then I am full. If I get hungry through the night, I snack on nuts most times. Do you have any suggestions because you have full meals. Most times my meal includes just beans or sometimes beans and rice or chips like I am eating a bean dip. I do incorporate greens and fruits but I still feel like I am not getting everything that I need because the one meal is so filling.
Definitely trying this with my GF flour! But question: what is the purpose of the corn flour dip?
