      There is a saying in Spanish on how to portion your meals
      For breakfast, eat like a King. For lunch, eat like a Prince. And for dinner, eat like a beggar (poor person).

    In the US we have this crazy juicing trend. You basically just drink all natural juice 5 times a day and that is your food and drink for anywhere from 3-5 days. It's supposed to detox your body and help to lost weight.

      I read the nutrition stuff and they are FULL of nutrients. I remember one was made with kale, brocoli, carrot and some fruit.

    • @Iceechibi
      @Iceechibi 10 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      I know some people do it a lot, and I tried it for a whole day, and i made like an all fruit one in the morning, one with fruits and veggies for lunch (and the same one for a snack later on), and then I did an all veggie and chia seed one at night for dinner. I felt really great the next morning lol

      More on the smoothie side. Although if you make too many all fruit smoothies, your body just ends up consuming them like sugar. That's why people recommend adding kale or spinach to them!

    I don't understand why companies don't hire nutritionists especially with the Big 3. I mean they're making so much money why not hire someone? Also they have money to spend on good food not junk. Tylenol diet sounds super dangerous. I mean you can kill you liver by doing stuff like that. I know detox diets are popular in the States, but you're only supposed to do it for a short time. I think the longest that I've heard you can go is a week.

    • @BlueAmerican26
      @BlueAmerican26 10 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Because a nutritionist and work out schedule is too time consuming. These girls are on the go and they want that fast diet shit with extreme results.

    • @daddywantsabitmoresimmy
      @daddywantsabitmoresimmy 10 ปีที่แล้ว +30

      There are definitely celebrities in the States who do those for longer than a week. I even remember reading an interview with Lady Gaga where she said she starves herself to get thin. This is not just a KPOP problem. It's an entertainment industry problem.

    • @mki1230
      @mki1230 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      From what I hear there are nutritionists who advise celebrities what to eat.

    • @daddywantsabitmoresimmy
      @daddywantsabitmoresimmy 10 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Renegade Tokki But if a celebrity comes to them and says they need to lose/gain like 10 or 20 pounds for a role and they have a small amount of time to do it, the nutritionist (who the celebrity is paying) isn't going to say "Nope. You just gotta stick to a healthy diet and exercise." Yes, they will try and find the healthiest way of doing it, but it's still not going to be very healthy for the celebrity to be shedding/packing on that many pounds in a short amount of time. A celebrity nutritionist's job isn't to make sure the celebrity is living as healthy as possible, it's to make sure they don't kill themselves with their extreme diets.

    • @jonssister92
      @jonssister92 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      I really don't think companies should be advising idols what or how to eat, since they know nothing about how food works with the human body. It's just something that has always bothered me.

      I do the paper cup diet, but i don´t call it I diet, cause I have done this for almost three years (I made a trip to japan and wanted to eat in those bowls, thats why). I eat in paper cup´s sized bowls (it´s the same size as a paper cup) but I eat like, four to six meals a day. I do blood exams at least twice a year, and I´m healthy.

    I was seeing a Korean girl here in Korea, but I got very uncomfortable when we talked about food. She talked about going on a "diet." Her idea of diet would just be skipping meals. No matter how much I told her that it was terrible, she still insisted on it being the right way. I also told her that she wasn't drinking enough water and that she was dehydrating herself (as most Koreans do from my many observations), her doctor ended up telling her many months later that she needs to drink more water. I couldn't believe that it took so many months and a doctor to finally tell her, "Hey, you're fucking up your body." *rolls eyes*

    I actually read it somewhere that eating at night after 7 or 8, is not that great.
    i don't remember where i read it.
    but basically, eating at night is not good for your body.
    of course eating meals at right times with right amount..and with snacks throughout the day is fine. just not recommended after dinner.

    • @strawberryandpink

      yeah u shouldnt eat 5 hr b4 u sleep since ur body metabolism is slow and burns less calories

    • @Visshaldar
      @Visshaldar 10 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      TheSeductiveArts you're right, lots of professionals will tell you not to eat past 7 or so, but they wouldnt tell you to skip dinner, esp if your other meals are sparse. you need a certain amt of calories and protein for your body to function correctly.

    • @KokoroMizu
      @KokoroMizu 10 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      yeah bu the idea behind not eating after 7 is that you would be sleeping by 9, and up by six, which is 9 hours of sleep. These idols are up way pass six and the students out there dont even go home until midnight. its still not good advice for people to follow with the schedules most people have in this day and age

    • @nicoleseo1887
      @nicoleseo1887 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      omg i wish i could sleep at nine xD
      9 hrs of sleep if too much :P it's actually 7~8 hours they recommend for teenagers and older.
      but anyways! yea i agree with you...they're up much much much later. they wouldn't have enough energy to do anything!!
      it's so sad how late korean students come back home-- i hear it from my friends in korea all the time :(

  • @QuincyQ
    @QuincyQ 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I`ve seen several of my friends do the paper cup diet. Essentially, it would be how much you can stuff in your cup for breakfast, lunch and dinner would be how much you ate. However, paper cups vary in size so you can see where the flaw and danger lies with this diet.

  • @etanialie4715
    @etanialie4715 10 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Diets that are trending in Jakarta (where I'm from) would probably be the Juice Cleanse which is essentially drinking juice 3x a day for around a certain amount of days depending on the person (usually 3-5). Another trend would be the infused water. For example, lemon-infused water which "supposedly" detoxes you.
    The best diet is a balanced diet, exercise and sleep! No pain, no gain bro!

    It's actually a common saying, I think even around the world, to never eat after 6/7pm because the idea is that if you eat too close to the time that you go to sleep you don't give your body enough time to process the food and in turn you may gain weight. This is a popular belief but I can't say if it's true myself. Another general rule of thumb is to try not to eat less than 3/2 hours before bed which I think may be a better idea since that will reflect on your own personal sleep schedule rather than the loose "don't eat after 7pm" idea. But I mean, people should just eat when it feels right. Hungry = eat. If you only think you're hungry then you're probably just bored.

    • @Alisha21210
      @Alisha21210 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Exactly. The problem with eating late at night AND close to going to bed is no matter your usual schedule at night your body wants to slow down & prepare for sleep so even hormones drop etc involuntarily. And when you sleep your metabolism slows down tremendously since you aren't active while you're asleep (obviously xd) so the real way we were supposed to eat meals : Big breakfast (need energy for the day!) Medium Lunch (still burning calories!) & "small" Dinner (bc its the end of the day so not very active). The majority would say around 6/7pm & bed by 10. But now a lot of us don't have such a structured life/routine or schedule... so that is lost & irregular eating habits + tons of junk has become the norm... hence the increase in population becoming over weight & the demand for silly diets!

    • @Cherrybombcutie96
      @Cherrybombcutie96 10 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      only shinee doesnt go to sleep 3/4 hours after 7...their schedule usually ends early in the morning so skipping dinner could be really poor for their health :( though I agree with the 3/4 hour rule if you have a normal schedule :)

    • @shannontrf
      @shannontrf 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      they were saying it's bad to not eat in the evenings in terms of a kpop group who would be up all night (im talking anywhere from 2am-6am) dancing and practicing, so in their case they really should be eating at night because it's dangerous to work so hard with no energy.
      but yeah generally speaking not eating in the evenings is a good way to cut down on excess food because you probably don't need it

    • @Soldrakenn
      @Soldrakenn 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      also I know that recent studies show that people who work during the night have a higher rate of overweigth and the study concluded that even if they had "turned the clock around" they shouldn't eat at all during their working hours because we are daytime creatures and are brains are set to rest in night time, so if you ate => getting overweight => heart disease and diabetes. but then again, idols are very active and work hard in the night time, so maybe it's not exactly the same.

  • @Momijichi

    A diet that's really popular in the US and I'm sad to say that I tried it and I got really sick..... Its called the five bite diet it entails only having tea or coffee for breakfast then having anything you want for lunch, but only five bites of it same for the dinner as well. As someone who's trying to lose weight I think it's really sad how much pressure people put on themselves and how much pressure people have in the Kpop industry to look thin, and I'm actually feeling a little scared because I will soon be an English teacher in Korea and wonder about what they'll say but I'm trying to make healthy life choices and not for a temporary basis . I'm really happy that you guys made this video, it helps a lot! I love you guys, keep up the good work and I can't wait to check out your coffee shop!

    I actually feel for horrible for some of these idols. The other day I was watching Vixx MTV Diary and one of the members put out some snacks, which included chocolate, and someone else said "won't we get in trouble?" Honestly, these are adults being restricted (both dangerously and unnecessarily so) like children.

    In Belgium, we go to the doctor if you wanna lose weight. They will tell what diet you should follow. Most of the time you'll eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's like, some people use shakes. But shakes are super bad for your health. Most of the doctors will suggest you to eat more vegetables and exercise more often.

    i know 'juicing' is huge both in Korea and the States (not just for losing weight).
    but i was told by a family friend who is a dietician that the veggies and fruits lose their natural fibers when juiced, so it essentially is the same a sugary carb-heavy juice boxes. i like eating my fruit and veggies straight up :)

    what is getting more an more popular here in Austria is the 10in2 diet. so you have the "1" days where you can eat what you like, and on the "0" days you dont eat anything but drink at least 3 liter water or unsweetened tea. So its basically eat- dont eat - eat - dont eat.

    Actually the "Master Cleanse" diet (the lemon, maple syrup, cayenne pepper recipe you guys mentioned) is a detoxifying cleanse you are supposed to only do for 10 days. And when you do it, you're supposed to not exert a lot of energy because the only energy you receive is in the maple syrup. So it is a healthy cleanse if you do it right but it's not supposed to really be used solely for dieting purposes!!

    In America, detoxing aka starvation is very popular. In the short term it works in the long term it screws your metabolism up big time. Gluten free is a huge trend which if to for people with gluten allergies but the rest of the population are no longer getting folic acid and niacin which are very important. The paleo diet is very trendy, the name is misleading, we have evolved diet use another reason.
    As for eating late at night studies have shown that you should get your biggest amount of calories in the morning and eat smaller meals later on in the day and evening. Also, you should eat at least four hours before you go to sleep so your body burns those calories before you sleep and they get stored as fat.
    The American media is just as bad about body shaming, especially towards women. More stars are creating body love movements, which leads to healthier living.
    Great show, my husband and I love to watch your videos. :)

      Detoxing and starvation are not the same. If detoxing is done improperly or irresponsibly then it can become starvation but it is in fact a separate thing. Detoxing when done properly isn't really a bad thing. Just don't over do it.

    • @peachymanaangel
      @peachymanaangel 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry to offend most of the detoxing I have seen and heard have been dangerous and place the body in starvation mood, by not eating nearly enough calories and using laxatives and fiber to expel all calories that the person has eaten. I can see where eating a lot of fruits, vegetables and whole grains with plenty of water is healthy but that should be the main staple of everyone's diet.

    • @abominablyawsm
      @abominablyawsm 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Kyla Crawford I'm not offended at all. And you're right, detox diets can be extremely dangerous. Most people I knew did well on detox diets and they helped them to transition into healthier lifestyles. That said I've known at least one person who got addicted to the weight loss. She didn't transition back into a healthy diet like she should have and continued to use the lemon cleanse well past the 10 days it's supposed to be.
      And using laxatives to lose weight isn't a detox though some people might say that's what they're doing as a way to gloss over what it actually is. It's a form of bulimia. Instead of making yourself throw up you make yourself poop the weight away. Most people don't want to admit they're bulimic so they find other ways to phrase it.

    • @abominablyawsm
      @abominablyawsm 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      TheSeductiveArts Because you're commenting from such a coldly, strictly scientific point of view I'm going to help you out here:
      "DISCLAIMER
      Just because your body can survive x amount of time without eating doesn't mean it should if it doesn't have to and doesn't mean it's healthy to. Just because you're not morbidly underweight does not mean you are at a healthy weight or are still healthy. "Everything in moderation" does not just include eating but also not eating. You don't want to regularly go two or three days without eating just because it's not going to harm you. Regardless of how high your body fat may be. A lot of nutrients need to be regularly replenished and are not stored in your fat cells. Fat cells are spare energy, not necessarily spare nutrients."
      Also:
      Saying "Anorexics are healthy until -" is extremely problematic wording. Nothing about anorexia is healthy. Even if you're surviving well enough and not at the danger point, you can still suffer from a lot of other not so healthy side effects many of which could appear before you reach the point where you have 0% body fat and are starting to consume muscle for energy. Your period can stop before 0%. You can begin to grow extra body hair (fur essentially) to keep warm before 0%. You experience lack of energy, strength, and endurance before 0%. Also, just because you're not cannibalizing muscle yet does not mean you aren't experiencing deterioration in other areas - bone density, organ function, hormone function - from lack of or non existent nutrition.
      Then there's the issue of mental health and the impact that has on physical health. Anorexics have terribly unhealthy body images and an unhealthy lack of self esteem. They are at the very least not mentally healthy and should never be considered "Healthy until -".

    Actually, there is a reason why SHINee didn't eat after 7PM. Not eating after 7PM until next morning, makes your stomach force to became smaller. Let's say my dinner was at 6:30PM and I'm going to bed at 11PM. There is a 5 hour gap were my stomach would digest the food for 4 hours. It is said that it's the best going to bed after your dinner within at least 3 hours. So, it's like starving, but not really. If you ate 3 meals/day is ok not eating after 7PM. I tried this once in high school. I didn't ate after 6PM and I lost like 10 kg in 6 months. Going again! xD

      @speechless05 10 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yeah but were you doing anything after 7 on the diet other than studying (assuming you were a good student)?? Were you like SHINee who would probably have a music show, then a radio show, then midnight dance practice until 1 or 2 am in the morning. If you're doing all that, it's just that much closer to starving if they weren't eating. Even a small protein bar at 10 pm would've been better than nothing.

      I had 2 hours of kangoo jumps/taebo and 1 hour of dance and I wasn't that hungry because I drank a lot of water. As long as you keep your stomach full with water there isn't a problem that big.

    K-pop stars actually exercise A LOT along with the crazy (not-eating) diets. But people aren't interested in how many hours they spend at the gym; they just wanna know the easy part. I remember hearing that SNSD Yuri did 400 sit-ups a day to make those great abbs before their concert.
    In short, when it comes to losing weight, everybody looks for a short-cut, whereas in reality there isn't one.

  • @yummycomixgirl
    @yummycomixgirl 10 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    well you shouldn't eat after 7 or 8 anyway because all the food you eat after that stays in your stomach when you sleep and it causes you to gain weight because you're normally not active at night or awake so you're not burning it off

    • @yummycomixgirl
      @yummycomixgirl 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well EXCUSE ME if i happen to have had a discussion about this at a focus group with certified doctors , not just that but it depends on your metabolism . Girl please just move along I didn't say it happens for everyone, it is SUGGESTED that you don't eat after a certain time . You don't burn calories as fast as you do when you are awake then when you're asleep. Lol I sound ridiculous ? Please you're just looking for fight

    • @bla7bla7bla74
      @bla7bla7bla74 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ***** Actually it does make sense, just not for the reason that was stated. Your body burns calories much slower while you sleep. The time is suggested not because it works for some people and not for others, but simply because not everyone sleeps at the same time. So if you avoid eating a meal 2-3 hours before you sleep, you can burn those some or most of those calories before your metabolism slows down significantly when you sleep.

    • @yummycomixgirl
      @yummycomixgirl 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      THANK YOU! LOL stupid trying to show me im wrong when she needs to get her facts straight. i wouldn't have posted this if i didn't know what i was talking about. I'm pretty sure gone are the days when they had to stick to a vigorous diet (however they might diet before a comeback). Yoona might still diet regularly but she has always been thin. As a personal trainer I'm so happy to see how enthusiastic and passionate Simon and Martina are about this subject. Too often do I see people put themselves through pain to get the look of someone else or to get the quick fix. They sometimes get down to 'the goal size/shape' and more often or not it makes them sick or they put the weight straight back on. Only a few are able to be completely controlled with eating or exercise to stay on those kinds of diets/ plans. It all depends on body type, genetics, lifestyle (activity and eating, what you do ie. work/ school / other, and if you are under stress), in some cases personality type. No one is the same, and that should be celebrated, so should taking care of yourself. There are so many articles, opinions and studies saying one thing or another on what you should or shouldn't eat, how you should exercise etc. So just look for the basics and go from there and if something seems too good to be true it probably is. Think carefully before you jump into a major lifestyle change, and make sure you have support from loved ones to help you get there. Get professional help if you choose to.
    Good luck with whatever your goals are!!! :)

    Guys... The not eating after 7pm 'diet' does NOTHING. You could spend the morning exercising and then eat heaps for all three meals and more after dinner - as long as you consume LESS calories than you BURN, you will lose weight. It doesn't matter when you eat. If you've already exercised and then eat late and go to sleep, you will simply gain some (provided you're training and eating the right amount) of the calories that you already lost after exercise.. It simply works in reverse how is that difficult to understand

    When I was younger I used to almost starve myself to stay thin and it's no way to live. I became zombie-like at school, my grades suffered and all I could think about was that I was very cold and achey all day long. I probably ate as much as some idols do now so it wouldn't surprise me if they feel crappy and depressed all the time and if you thrown in their insane schedules and no wonder why some idols have been so exhausted they decided to quit :( For me, when it came to exam time I needed to eat normally again and I instantly ballooned up like a Jigglypuff because my brain was like OMG YESSSS EAT ALL THE FOODS!! And my starved body sucked up every calorie and stored it because my metabolism had become sluggish. I felt really disappointed in my lack of discipline. But this is not a case of lack of discipline, its very difficult for anyone to fight against your body when it's in survival mode.
    But now that I'm a HCLF (High Carb Low Fat) Vegan (I do Rawtil4 specifically) I don't worry about weight at all and I am able to remain thin but at the same time I eat so much food and that I boosted my metabolism. I have a lot of energy, stable serotonin levels, my skin isn't sallow and paper thin anymore, its glowy and firm. My hair is shiny, and healthy and the whites of my eyes are bright and my weight never changes. I don't even worry about it anymore :) At first I thought I could never go Vegan and I could never eat as much food as other HCLF vegan's eat. But I decided to try the diet out for 2 weeks and I immediately felt amazing and I simply don't crave bad foods at all. I just wish I never wasted my precious time and developing years on damaging starvation diets. So anyway, if you are interested and you're sick of feeling crappy on calorie restriction diets, I recommend you research: RawTil4, 80/10/10 and HCLF Vegan, Raw Vegan on TH-cam :)

    Hi Simon and Martina!
    I've wondered about what steps people are taking to prevent these types of dangerous diets and such. In US, there's a huge concern over a child's safety, mental health, physical health, and other matters. In school, a speaker would come an talk about self esteem, dieting, comparing yourselves to others, etc. So I wonder how often these types of events are set up for children and teens in Korea. And although there is concern in Korea over the nutritional value of these diets, I don't hear about anyone trying to stop them. Diet trends are all over the news in the States and their health benefits and detriments are always discussed. Does this happen in Korea as often as it does in the US?

    About Shinee's diet, I'm pretty sure it's proven that eating after 8 pm makes you gain weight a lot more, and it's not as healthy for you. Even my family and I eat dinner early, though I do agree that idols SHOULD get their nutrition and energy if they were promoting all day and into the night. But if you're a lazy, comfortable person (ahem like me), eating dinner early is actually more healthy for you. Also in Korea, they believe eating a huge breakfast, good lunch, and light dinner will help lose weight. But I do agree with everything that was said in the video, about how it's so effed up that companies make their idols starve themselves to lose weight.

    Most people who start dieting actually end up with eating disorders.. (I recovered from anorexia due to dieting gone wrong.)
    Diets are extremely dangerous and a lot of people do not do it properly. I'm not a fan of dieting at all because it put me in hell. I hate how society pressures women and men to look a certain way (which is highly unrealistic) to be considered "beautiful"

      Yes, eating disorders are not very recognized as a serious problem. In general, there are lots of misconceptions/perceptions/views/negative perspective on mental illness in korea. So people are afraid to step up and seek for help. It is a sad reality but it is our(korean) job to bring the topic to the light that people discuss about it more and raise awareness. But eating disorders are quite common as diets and beauty standards are extreme in the society.

    I remember watching the f(x) MV for Hot Summer and thinking that Luna was the sexiest of the group because she had curves and didn't look like a pre-teen. It wasn't fat, you could tell it was all muscle and to me that is what sexy looks like. But as each new MV comes out I see her (and the rest of f(x) ) getting skinnier. A lot of western Kpop fans get very concerned for their idols when they become super skinny.
    I would like to see healthier diets as well, and a change in the idea of what is 'sexy' so that young people have more realistic images. But unless the entertainment and modelling industry change worldwide, it will never happen.

    I really like this video. To be honest most Kpop stars are really bad examples for people who want to be thin. Diets like that will never work. The moment you stop you'll gain everything back and even more. If they would just eat healthy they could mantain their weight and wouldn't have to starve themselve before every promotion.
    I feel worried about the groups I like everytime I see their diets. To be honest I'm not really active. I work out a little but most of the time I just sit around. Being an university student doesn't help either. But I can still eat about 1700 calories without gaining weight. Your body needs a certain amount to just funtion. But they are performing and practicing all day while eating nearly nothing. That's just wrong.

    Note: Starving yourself doesn't work as a diet because if you don't give your tummy the food it needs, it'll get hungry and when you finally feed it, it will absorb all the fat and carbs from the food to store it from later.

    Hi guys! Can you make a TL;DR video about daily life spanking in Korea? I noticed in the movies that close friends and family spank each other when they have an argument or something (e.g. Oh, leave me alone; SPANK!!) Is this normal reaction in Korea or an overreaction in Korean movies? Thanks! :)

    A famous diet in Bulgaria is the Wheat Diet. It is said that you can loose 15 kg for 10 days. You should eat the following every day: 4 apples, 4 spoons of honey, 100gr wheat and 8 nuts. Usually all these ingredients are mixed. I have never tried it but a friend of mine said that she was on that diet, lost weight but not 15 kg. She lost about 5 kg.

    i just hate diet trends in general. they are so silly, there is no secrete to weight loss it is simple. Eat good foods in reasonable sized portions and exercise.
    Im from the UK and juice diets are very popular here just now

    Simon and Martina always manage to shine light on some sensitive topics and go about them very professionally.
    side note, i thought the lemon detox was actually quite healthy, lemons are full of vitamins and natural sugars that release energy.

    As far as I know the YG artists have a bit of a better regime. I follow their personal trainer on instagram so at least they are getting exercise. Though not sure how they eat.

      YG actually has a a trainer and nutritionist for their artists, you can see him a lot on 2NE1 tv. He makes sure they excess is properly and eat right which is the good way to do it. Not just diet pills to make yourself throw up .

    I'm just glad my bias group BTS aren't starving themselves and are doing exercises rather than dieting to be fit. They seem happier and healthier compared to when they first debuted. I wish other groups would do the same so they wouldn't develop any sickness and collapse or faint while performing. Freaking Korean diet trends.

      +Kurunakuma Oh are you sure? I bet that at least one member of BTS did starve himself at one point just to lose weight. You never know. I used to starve myself and yet to this day nobody knows about that dark page of my life (I lost my period for a few months back then). Korean people are quite shallow minded and they don't care about how they lose weight, they just do it even though it's not healthy and BTS is no exception.
      P.S: Jimin has is looking really thin lately as well.

    I live in California, and my dad wanted to try the lemonade diet before he went to his high school reunion. So I tried it with him for support. I had it for about ten days and I lost ten pounds, however I'm never doing that again because it was agony! Eating is one of the greatest pleasures of life.

    I have actually tried a lot of different kinds of crazy diet. Most of them works, and you will lose weight really fast, but you gain weight once you stop doing it, and FYI, during those time, I got sick easily, and didn't really have enough energy, felt tired all day long. I really don't understand how those idols make it through.
    Now I eat healthy breakfast and lunch (and of course, I cut out some food, like rice, I rarely eat rice now), after 12pm, I stop eating anything and only drink water. Go to the gym after school/work, eat some salad before/after the fitness. It takes a longer time to actually see and feel the different, but I feel good about it. Also I started doing some little things to help me lose weight, like standing for at least 20min after eating, parking my car at the farthest spot so that I can walk a little more.

    When my dad got diagnosed with diabetes, he used to eat a lot at nights when he came home. The doctor told him that when you eat and sleep all the food transforms into sugar. So eating at night is not usually healthy depending on when do you usually go to sleep, just make sure that your body has enough time to digest all the food.
