Man, you guys have great fly fishing in Australia and NZ! Tight lines from Pennsylvania, USA!

Tom as an old Irish angler living in AUS I can tell you that the big fish was definitely a Sea Trout. I have caught plenty of them before moving many years before. Great to see you back in AUS and look forward to watching many more videos. Tight Lines!

I reckon that big silvery brown probably was a sea runner. Beautiful looking brown trout regardless. Great video Tom. Those streams are definitely under-appreciated.

Hiya Tom, loving your channel (and your skills)... Thinking you are busy overseas ATM but wondering if i could set you the challenge of putting together a vid showing a successful day fishing the goulburn at the typical and frustrating high irrigation levels that we will be seeing for the next 4/5 months.

Tom can I ask if you could do a video showing how you tie your nymph under dry rig. What knot do you use for the dry. I usually tie the nymph onto the dry hook but see yours is different. Thanks. Have a great season.

Hey Mike, I actually explained all of that in one of my recent FlyLife magazine articles flylife.com.au/flylife_article/creek-techniques. I can try a video on it although up close camera work is not my forte, so I’m not sure how I’ll go 😅

Hi Tom, was looking at your previous videos and you did one from Lake Hovell for a Lake set up. It looks similar to set up on this video except of course shorter point fly length. I unfortunately couldn’t get in to see the article you wrote. I’m making some Pink tags today to try up at Rubicon and Goulburn and also King Parrot which is my closest fly spot. Thanks for all your videos they help lots.

Hi, I live in Ireland and our sea run brown trout are called sea trout and apart from being very silver they have a straight tail fin whereas the brown trout tail is forked.
