@0:35 - is it mandatory for them to mention sponsorship in Job offer, One can apply for the visa using Job offer & Declaration regarding the contract from a German company , right?
One can get a job offer and come to Germany only if the company is sponsoring their visa. Otherwise, you can apply for Job seeker visa and then come here in Germany to find jobs.
Hi Sunny, thank you for this video. I'm sure this will help me with my visa interview. Hence I have a question, it's been taking me almost 9 months, and still waiting to get my approval letter, for the skilled worker visa with a fast-track procedure. Is it actually common that it takes so long? My employer said it's on the government side. Thank you!
Hi, Thank you for liking our video. It’s not common to wait long for the approval letter and I got mine in a month considering I work in IT sector. It mainly depends on your job profile and qualifications.
Hi. Thank You for all the info. I have one doubt that after visiting consulate in Kolkata do we need to visit VFS? If yes is there any separate appointment we need to take?
We have received our passport with stamped visa from Consulate itself. There was no need to book appointments with VFS.

Yes, your spouse have to separately apply for their visa. We had applied for Family reunion visa and Work visa together because my employer sponsored both the visas.
@@ExpatTravelFinds Thank You for the reply. Truly these info helped a lot. Basically for Delhi centre what I saw you have blue card pre approval plus dependant. So they can apply together. But in Kolkata it's like separate. For me it's consulate and for my wife it's VFS. So was thinking even if we apply together how both applications would be related so that they can get processed together.

It's true please visit if you are working in Bangalore then go to Bangalore and don't go to another States now they are not accepting applications for visa interview

Hi, I am applying for german blue card, I have previous work experiences. Do i need to get an experience certificate from all the employers? Second My employment start date is 1st september mentioned on the contract I am not sure when will I travel because it all depends on visa issuance so what should be the dates of travel insurance
Hello! I took all the Experience certificates but the visa officer did not ask any. It is better to take them. Regarding travel insurance, please watch our video, where we have explained in detail(Timestamp: 2:43). Thanks.

Hello! Evaluated degree certificate from Anabin/ZAB(whichever is applicable to you) is required to submit before visa interview.

You don’t need a blocked account for Work Visa if you have already got an offer from Germany.

VFS chennai customer care is telling me that I should only book in the jurisdiction, not in any other places. My joining date is in July. Looking for other options. Thanks for your response!
It will be better to apply from Consulate near you.

Could you please let me know that what can a good response to the question ( Do you know someone in German ). Mostly people are saying that replying Yes to the question can be caused Visa rejection although if you have someone like friend or relative there. I am confused that Why it can be caused for Visa Rejection and what do you know about this what can be good answer to that Question please explain in a more details. Thanks
If you have a reference of an employer, educational establishment, or relatives it makes sense to mention them, else you can prefer not to answer the question.

I have my degree recognised. Beside this is Work Experience is required for the Blue Card or not if yes could you please tell me for how many years it should be.
Work experience doesn’t matter if your employer is sponsoring your Work Visa.
The minimum Annual Gross Salary to obtain a Blue Card for the year 2023 is as follows:
45.552 € for Natural Scientists, Mathematicians, Engineers, Doctors and IT professionals (also known as MINT professions)
46.530 € for applicants over 45 years of age
58.400 € for all other professions

Hello! I got a ZAV letter, pre-approval confirmation under 81a and an appointment too. Now, I would like to bring my family with me simultaneously, but their information was not mentioned in the letter. Is it mandatory to add them to the letter or asking for an appointment for them would not be a problem? Could you please help me to suggest as I'm really worried about this matter my appointment is 30 January? Thanks.
ZAV letter is required for you(who got the job offer in Germany), and not for your family members.

We booked separate appointment(same day different time) for our visa interview.

There is a checkbox which states “Will your family accompany you?” and we have checked the box. But this was in Annexure for Employment document, not in ZAV letter.

Good information, do we need to sign our contract as I can see one place is empty.
Thank you for finding the information helpful. You must have already signed the employment contract, so you can just take a print out along with you to the visa appointment. In my case, I had already signed the contract.
