I am a beginner and want to start my bike riding journey in Berlin. I have visited Stadler but the consultation was not comprehensive enough. I tried bikes from Swapfiets to try them but none of their sizes were fit and their smallest size was also too big for me. Which bike-shop should I try to get an excellent consultation since I am a complete beginner. I did some research about my needs and size but yet a professional consultation and later good customer service is important. I would like some guidance. Thanks

Hello! We totally understand your problem. We would suggest you to visit Radhaus and see if their consultation helps you! You can also refer to the frame size chart that we included in our video. Me being only 5 feet tall was recommended frame size 45. My husband picked up a frame size smaller but the Radhaus staff recommended to choose a larger frame size as that will be suitable for him(5’8”). But be prepared to converse in German as most of the staff in Radhaus speak German. You can also visit Decathalon in Alexanderplatz, where majority of the staff pretty much can communicate in English and are quite approachable. Hope you get the right frame size of your bike!
