pankration its basically mma without elbows knees kicks to the head, its the best legit martial arts for kids in my opinion, not too brutal but also legit sport, they use the side kick to the body as a takedown, which i dont know how to feel about, catching kicks becomes a very important skill that wouldnt be very useful in a realistic senario. I kinda cringe seeing them drop their hands to catch a body kick. But for the most part is a legit martial art with a game element, a little more casual, very high female participation compared to other grappling heavy martial arts.
Pankration does not even exist. What exist today is Pankration Athlima which is a McDojo with TKD gi created by a american kickboxer using the same name of the ancient sport. The real Pankration is long dead since Christianism.

Don’t mean to be rude but have ever heard of MMA?
WachoGamer well yea that’s kinda what I was going at haha 😆. I was just saying that you can take all styles and create one that works for you. A “Mixed” style
Just do 2 styles heavily. Kickboxing and bjj is the best combo
Taekwondo D and it doesn't ONLY focus on kicks if me and you got 1 on 1 you would be down in 10 secs
To be u just need a martial art that fits u one of my friends felt ashame because he was doing karate and most of the tier lists people said karate was a bad martial art it’s ilke Bruce lee said it doesn’t matter what martial art u use unless it’s aikido
Did u really just said that Boxing is under Judo? I don't think u ve ever watched a boxing or a judo match
Seriously u missed Ameridote ?
pankration its basically mma without elbows knees kicks to the head, its the best legit martial arts for kids in my opinion, not too brutal but also legit sport, they use the side kick to the body as a takedown, which i dont know how to feel about, catching kicks becomes a very important skill that wouldnt be very useful in a realistic senario.
MMA isn’t a martial art
Ur dumb 😂 MMA stands for mixed martial art
Josiah James No you are dumb, MMA is not a Martial art, it’s a competition, it’s considered a martial art because every style of MMA looks preatty alike but they still can’t be called martial arts, if you would’ve done your research you would know
So biased nonsence the two martial arts you do you give them an a
Karate is S
boxing is a s teir
Great
Thanks for the feedback and for the watch!
"Tai Chi is basically a martial art for old people."
That's racist against the entire Water Tribe, you bastard.
Nice list
This guy don’t know things about boxing.
I know!!! When this guy is calling kickboxing boxing with kicks and putting boxing in the same tier as Kung fu I’m just like 🤦♂️ this guy is clueless.
I could only watch this half way, to do these kinds of lists u gotta have more history than this guy does
Boxing is low b tier
Kick Boxing is not a " style" it is the summation of fighting styles that utilize kicks and punches. But different competitions have different rule sets. Some do allow leg kicks others don't, some do allow knees and elbows others don't etc. A style would be something like "American Kickboxing", "Dutch Kickboxing" and even Muay Thai is just part of kickboxing.
Aikido is not throwing peepz wit ur mind aikido comes from daito-ryu-aikijujutsu. Also there is moore to taichi then meditation. It seems b4 u made this vid u shud of done moore RESEARCH.
Shud
A kick-boxer would loose most of the time to a boxer if they got to close.
Garbage list. Figures a blue belt would make this list.
