Hello Brother! hope you are doing fine. I'm graduated in BS Physics with focus on Quantum computation. I have good Programming knowledge of Python, C++,Pandas, OOP, Quantum Algorithms and data structures as well but the thing is I have applied in many software houses for internship but no one responds that's why I have enrolled in Virtual University for Post Adp CS because I think most of them rejected me as Physics background. The thing is I'm interested in working in Tech domains, that's why I'm looking for internship so I can gain some experience. I have also mail to some software houses that I will do internship as unpaid trainee. Can you guide me how do I get internship cuz in my family I have no one in that field to guide me. I'll be grateful ❤
Bro build your portfolio, meaning like CS grads have an fyp to show to companies build rather complex and big projects (like an fyp), and these projects will show them that you have the basic know how of things. Second more important than doing another degree in CS you should do a nanodegree/multiple courses in ML, Computer Vision, NLP, LLM etc from coursera, udemy or datacamp they'll probably be of more benefit if you specifically wanna go in ML. Baaki keep applying in the meantime, most companies don't reply to people who even have CS degrees.
And if you know quantum physics along with quantum algorithms and quantum computation as mentioned in your comment,then I tell you that the new generation of computer vision algorithms are completely based on complex quantum mechanics geometry….stuffs like bundles and sheafs…so don’t be that disheartened, and keep learning coz that autonomous system of vision is going to get transformed by complex geometry of quantum….don’t think the same can be applied on language system
As an AI engineer working in the tech industry, the conversation is too shallow and is misguiding. It seems from the conversation that Nauyan Rashid has never worked in the core engineering industry. Nauyan Rashid is just copy-pasting what he had heard from his seniors who were probably involved in web development. Web development and AI engineering domains do not work similarly.
@FactFinder984 Nhi zaroori boss, mil skti hai job but you should have a decent amount of knowledge of ML, and a portfolio. Magr agr Masters kiya hua ho to it helps for sure.
There are no entry level jobs in ai ,the entry level role is data analyst , data science is also for experienced , if u get an entry level ai job then the job role wont be the same as of the ai/ml engineer the main skill for ai is sql so u must have industry level sql experience because in ai most of your work will be with massive datasets, i would suggest go in software engineering roles and learn the core skills the design the patterns the lifecycle then come in ai after having sql and software engineering experience@@FactFinder984
