use ender pearl chunk loader and sugar cane redstone farm, the enderpearl will load the chunk foreever so you dont have to do afk and you will be okay try this!!
@@keeper_mc in my knowledge yes they will be loaded even if you go somewhere else and even when you logout of the server ( check some yt videos for more clarifications, it's better than minecart and nether portal chunk loader)
