Thanks Eric. Glad you liked it! Sometimes you just have to make modifications to get things to fit. I really didn't want to use those awful rubber band stile tracks, LOL. Take care and model on! Johnny
Very detailed clip. Enjoyable to watch. The music was low so we could hear your voice. Detailed narrative mad well thought out. I’m going to build this model and follow your clip
Awesome, thank you very much! I have since left out the music because the feedback was that it was too distracting. This is a really nice kit and has a great price point, I think you'll enjoy it very much. Thanks for watching, take care and model on my friend! Johnny
Hi Johnny, Nice job getting the new track to to fit. The new track is going to look so much better than the rubber bands. I'll be looking forward to seeing more updates. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff
Thanks Jeff, I thought a track upgrade is definitely needed in this case. I appreciate you watching my friend, take care a have a great weekend! Johnny
Nice work on modifying the drive sprockets my friend. The plastic fillers to close those spaces where the drive sprocket goes was nice work as well. Nicely done.👏👏
Solid start on the build Johnny! You solved all the issues that the motorised aspect of the kit had. Looking forward to see some paint on the fighting compartment. Thanks for sharing, take care and keep up the good work my friend!
Thanks George👍there is a lot more to do in this kit than I had expected, especially considering that it's such an old one. Take care my friend and have a great weekend! Johnny
Hi Johnny, great work on the drive sprockets and plastic track pieces. I was wondering if the drill would make an appearance in this kit build! Looking forward to next week.
I recently acquired one to strip down to create a Vietnam guntruck. It is the Vietnam version of the M113, so I'm in two minds whether to build it 'as is' from the box or something else. As you say, it has a lot of potential 😀
I had the same problem with my Tamiya Sturmgeschutz IV sprockets when using RFM after market tracks except mine were too wide. When are you going to do some diorama builds?
Hi Tim, I guess I had better start thinking about a diorama build, you're not the only one asking. I'll try to come up with something useful. Thanks for watching, stay safe and model on my friend! Johnny
Hi James, hope you had a nice Christmas and New Years. I think you might be confused, there was never an aircraft carrier named USS Arizona, The Arizona was a battleship which was sunk on December 7, 1941, at Pearl Harbor Hawaii. We even built a memorial over the sunken ship in honor of the sailors that die there. But to answer your question, I don't have any build videos of the USS Arizona or any aircraft carriers, take care. Johnny
I am sorry you are right it was a battle ship I should have known that. Thanks for getting back with me. I hope you had a great Christmas and happy new year for 2025 be safe Jim.
Beautiful job on adjusting the sprockets. I liked that.

Hello Johnny do you have video on how to assemble a USS Arizona aircraft carrier
Hi James, hope you had a nice Christmas and New Years. Hello Johnny
Hi James!
As I am waiting for the mailman to deliver my M113, I can use that moment to check this build vid and see how you are tackling this one 👍🫡
Hi Dave, hope that mailman brings your kit soon! Thanks for watching my friend! Johnny
